So Big Papi has been a big part of the Red Sox and was a late bloomer when it came to power. He has been apart of two World Series and who could forget how clutch he was in the 2004 ALCS. However, he has been a DH his career and tied in with PED use.

He has 423 HRs, 1400 RBIs, .287 life time average with 6 seasons of over .300. He has 12 straight seasons of 20 or more home runs.

Would you vote him him? Would you vote him in if he wasn't tied with PEDs?

While all three of the Cardinals, Reds and Pirates should make the playoffs with the two wild card slots and divisional title who will come out as the NL Central champ? There is a good amount of baseball left and all three of these teams will see a little bit of each other.

The Reds are behind the others right now, but they could go on a run. We are watching the Cardinals struggling, while the Pirates came out hot they did just get swept by the Rockies.

I could ask this in the movie section, but I want the answers and discussion from the baseball people. The Major League movies are entertaining, as well as Bull Durham for the comedy aspects. *61 was a touching story and Field of Dreams always remind people of father-son relationships. The Natural, Moneyball, The Sandlot, Bad News Bears, A League of Their Own, Eight Men Out, Angels in the Outfield. The list goes on but which are the top 3-5 baseball moves and a small. sentence or two of reasoning.

The Tigers have a high payroll, the best hitter, the best pitcher and the only reason they have this lead is because of the recent streak they went on. Why don't they have the best record in the league by far? They play dud teams like the Twins and White Sox and before the all-star break the Royals were a joke too.

They are letting the Indians hang around too much and they still haven't won 75 games with guys like Miggy, Fielder, Victor, Hunter, Verlander, Scherzer, Fister and other good players. Why are they under performing from what they can do?

If you haven't seen his comments go there. What did you think of Cuban taking about Bud Selig and his mafia? And the vendetta on A-Rod. I think Cuban is right in calling out Selig and how it is a personal issue to get A-Rod.

Most of you have probably played the sport. Some may have stopped at Little League, some after high school, some after college and maybe even some of you got to play some pro-ball somewhere. Most of you probably got to play more than one position at some point. So, what was your favorite position and why?

For me - I was an all conference Short-stop and third basemen. Defensively, I was better at short stop but I loved, loved, loved centerfield for the ability to chase down balls. But, I think in the end short stop was my favorite.
