I've done my helix and my tragus, and i'd like to know how much the industrial hurt compared to these two? i could easily take the pain when i had the helix done, so is it realistic to assume that it would hurt the same?

I saw it some time ago on rachael ray but couldn't find it on any website. It's Gnocchi mixed with spinach and some other stuff. All recipes i found require broiling, while rachael ray just mixed them.
