I currently have a standard sky box with a dish but no Sky subscription so use it to watch Freesat channels. If I buy a Sky Plus box will I be able to use the recording feature without having a subscription to Sky. I'm getting conflicting advise so would love to hear if anyone out there is currently using a Sky Plus box without subscription/card and is able to use it to record programs on the hard drive.

I recently bought a dual fuel (petrol/LPG) Astra Estate but am having some problems. Driving in LPG was very lumpy and it judders when you are driving along at 2-3000 rpm. If you accellerate then it is fine. After a week it is now like this is petrol as well and it is not very pleasent to drive. I've had it serviced hoping that this will solve the problem but it is still there. Can anyone advise a company who can service an LPG car (i only got the petrol side done). I'm based just outside Swansea.

My girlfriend remembers watching a DVD when she was a kid called the Purple People Eater. She watched it almost daily and ended up wearing it out years ago.

Well my mission for xmas is to find her a copy of this because she's been looking for a long time for it. Can anyone help? I can find the VHS version easy enough but ideally i want it in DVD for her. I've only managed to see one of these and it sold on ebay about 5 minutes before i saw it.

Please anyone, help.
