In Athlone County Westmeath Ireland, five women have been brutally attacked (most were sexually assaulted) during the night or the small hours of the morning. The (Gardai) believe that (somebody must know the attacker).

Mystery Woman Gardai Seek Help

Gardaí at Store Street are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a woman who presented herself at the station on Sunday morning.

The woman came into the station at 9am on 30 September and is not aware of who she is or of any personal details about herself.

She was not in possession of any identification.

She is described as being in her mid-30's, 5' 9'' tall, of slim build, with brown, collar-length hair.

She has hazel coloured eyes and speaks with an American or Canadian accent. She is also able to speak French.

She has three tattoos on her body, two of Arabic style writing on her left, upper arm and back of her neck.

The third tattoo is a Celtic-type design on the back of one of her legs.

She was wearing a black skirt and top with a black trench coat, leopard skin shoes and a multi coloured head scarf.

She was carrying a Chihuahua dog.

Cocaine Smugglers Ship

A massive search is thought to be underway on the high seas and in ports around Europe for what is thought to be an international drug smugglers ship, which could be transporting billions of €’s in cocaine and other drugs to be distributed across Europe.

The sensational revelation is shrouded in mystery after a small craft capsized and sank off the south-west coast of Ireland, resulting in the seizure of over €50m in cocaine and the arrest of at least one person, as a result of the failure of the drugs gang to bring ashore the drugs (believed to be cocaine) in stormy weather on a dangerous stretch of coastline on the Irish SW coastline.

The drugs were almost certainly unloaded from a ship passing close to the Irish coast, that ship is likely to be headed for ports in other European countries.

Deliberately Targeting Children

“We have children presenting with all the adult symptoms of alcoholism. Some are so addicted that it is actually dangerous to get them to stop drinking straight away”.

A new nationwide survey carried out across the UK by the Independent on Sunday newspaper has revealed that, children as young as twelve years of age are being diagnosed as alcoholics amid growing concerns about binge-drinking in Britain, where record numbers of pre-teens and teenagers now require hospital treatment for drink-related disorders.

The findings prove that there is a hidden epidemic of ‘child alcoholism’ resulting in thousands of youngsters being treated in hospital each year for alcohol poisoning, liver disease and drink-related psychiatric illnesses. ...

Teenagers seek the development of a national website for information/exchange about youth activities

200 delegates, elected by Comhairle na nÓg throughout the country, attended the Dáil. The themes selected by delegates in their Comhairle in advance of the Dáil were facilities for teenagers and migration and interculturalism.

On the issue of migration and interculturalism, delegates voted as their top three issues:

At points of entry, migrant workers and asylum seekers should be provided with information, education and support on Irish culture, society and customs, including the English language;

Integration should be promoted through the education system, and there should be a focus on inclusiveness and interculturalism;

The Government should invest in special initiatives aimed at educating people about other cultures and Ireland’s changing identity.

Should Children and young people not organise to demand to demand 'their civil and human rights' in a kind of children's revolt.

Children need rights of their own, and adults should support them in their quest for such rights. Children are the dymamic of our future.

If i have been informed that - 'It was not really all the fault of 'A' - because there was so much 'skulduggery' going on there at that time. My understanding of the term 'skulduggery' - is as - meaning inproper, illegal, underhanded and corrupt. and the officials in question are 'Police Officers'.

The Gardai think that this person may have witnessed the murders of major drug dealer - Martin 'Marlo' Hyland and 20 year old innocent plumber Anthony Campbell. The authorities think that the witness may since have fled to Holland or Spain.

We seem to have just 29 days left to save Sadam Hussein from death. His life should be spared. Amnesty International is the Human Rights Group to lead an international campaign to save him fron the death penalty.

Drug and gun crimes are soaring across Ireland and the UK as out of control organised crime gangs reach a crisis meltdown point fuelled by cocaine - crack cocaine heroin and a host of other drugs. Murders are now at an all time high in the UK and Ireland where innocent civilians have been murdered because they were unlucky enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Previously unknown unless in the most extreme of cases guns (acquired from Eastern Europe) are now the currency of power amongst the drug gangs in Britain and Ireland as individual gang members and inter-gang rivals fight it out in the streets for control of ‘local turf’. Authorities in the UK and Ireland are on the brink of introducing a range of unspecified new measures in an attempt to halt the recent dramatic increase in drug and gun crime which includes the wilful murder of totally innocent people.

The Connected conference

The Connected conference was held in Birmingham in January 2004. Participants from around the country came together for two days to investigate the nature and causes of, and possible responses to, gun culture and gun crime. The event was organised by the Home Office to find out what more could be done by the community and the Government working together on these issues. The participants included young people, officers from local authorities, police officers, teachers, central Government civil servants, activists on gun crime issues, youth workers, voluntary sector representatives and others with direct experience of gun crime.

HMIC Thematic Inspection into the Criminal Use of Firearms

The purpose of this Thematic Inspection is to examine the issue of gun crime and clearly to identify necessary steps to bring about an improved police response. The report identified three distinct aspects that need to be considered and drawn together: the nature and extent of the problem, the role of the community, and finally the police response.

This document contains a thorough study of the current situation, and proposes nine recommendations for the police and the Home Office. A large part of the report focuses on community engagement. It also includes the joint Action Plan prepared by the Home Office, the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) and HMIC, written in December 2003: “Tackling the Illegal Possession and Criminal Use of Firearms”.

Meanwhile, gardaí are still seeking information on the getaway car used in the murders of Anthony Campbell and the drug dealer Martin 'Marlo' Hyland in Finglas in Dublin last week.

The black Volkswagen Passat was stolen in Newbridge on 30 November, and the gang put a false 06 D number plate on it.

Its original number was 05 D 68043, and gardaí want to hear from anyone with information.

Man arrested over UK prostitute murders

10:57 British detectives today arrested a man today on suspicion of murdering five women in Suffolk. The man (37) was arrested at his home in Trimley, near Felixstowe, at 7.20am. He is in custody at a police station in Suffolk and will be questioned later today. Detective Chief Superintendent Stewart Gull said: "He has been arrested on the suspicion of murdering all five women - Gemma Adams, Tania Nicol, Anneli Alderton, Paula Clennell and Annette Nicholls."

This was the question posed by neighbours of innocent Dublin boy 20 year old Anthony Campbell - shot dead in Finglas. Dublin last Tuesday morning as he prepared to start work in a house - where unknown to him a gangland figure slept upstairs.

The boy is thought to have opened the door to 'a hit-man' about to carry out a 'hit' on the sleeping drug-lord. Anthony was shot dead 'because he witnessed the murder.

The Gardai (police) were keeping the drug lord under surveillance - but were nowhere to be seen when the hit was carried out. There was a similar occurence when the 'General' was shot dead in Dublin in 1994.

Violence due to Mental Illness:

“Many crimes of violence are certainly being committed by people with diminished faculties. A situation currently exists, where patients who were formerly in long-term in-patient care in psychiatric hospitals have been discharged for continuing care in out-patient treatment, in line with the state’s on-going policy of drastically reducing the number of patients in psychiatric hospitals. This has led to major difficulties in treating psychiatric illness in out-patient community settings, …due to lack of motivation by patients to attend for medication and continuing psychiatric assessment, vital to the control of much mental illness. This is exacerbated by the fact that the number of people seeking treatment has continued to increase. Violence committed by people with psychiatric illness has become a major problem for communities expected to care for them.

The callous execution in Dublin of innocent 20 year old Anthony Campbell - because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and witnessed the hit on former drug lord 'Martin 'Marlo' Hyland' proves yet again that these thugs should not be freed on bail when charged with serious gun and drugs crimes.

The illegal drugs market in Ireland is worth about €1.bn per year.

Should bail be denied in such serious cases?.

On tuesday morning 12th December. Innocent 20 year old plumber was (executed) because he had witnessed the 'hit' on Major Irish Drug Lord - Martin 'Marlo' Hyland - The boy happened to be working in the house when the 'hitman' shot Hyland - he then shot Anthony (execution style) in the back of the head. What can be done to bring this 'terror' to an end. It is the people who buy drugs who have funded the 'hitman' who executed Anthony in cold blood.
