So here it is.... I've been pregnant for nearly 2 years (two babies back to back) and its been so long I can barely remember what it was like when taking birth control. There were a few times I could have become pregnant before starting a stronger dose of BC but a slim chance at that. I've noticed I have quite a lot of heavy white discharge that reminds me quite a bit when I was pregnant. The only period I got was a 2 day brown spotting but the doctor assumes it was due to the fact I've just stopped breastfeeding.

Have you ever noticed heavy discharge while on the pill?

Here's the story... I went on the mini-pill after the birth of our second child and when going back to work (our daughter was 3 months old then) my supply dropped horribly just due to stress so in fear that I would ovulate I stopped breastfeeding and went on Yaz. A day after I started Yaz I started getting really sick so I stopped taking it two days later got a hold of the doctor and went on Junel which is working much better. When it came time for my first period it was nothing!! Three days of really light "brown" spotting. I could have used one tampon the entire time. What is up with that?

I do have my yearly with my doctor on Wednesday I just dont like thinking about what the hell happened in between then. Why was it so light has anything like this happened to you?

I'm 38 weeks today and went in for an appointment... 2 cm dilated and 50 percent effaced. As the doctor was striping my membranes she dilated me another centimeter by doing the striping. Here's the deal 3 hours later I started contracting some were painful with cramping and over time they have started slowing down and becoming less painful. Has this happened to anyone?!? Don't tell me its going to stop now.. I was so extremely hopeful.

I seem to be having many more braxton hicks contractions (maybe 5 an hour)... some are a bit painful with cramping but nothing too brutal. Can having sex now help induce labor? Or is there no way to tell if having sex will help or not....

I missed it last night and am dying to know what happened!

I know nothing about technology so call me stupid if you want. My family has one set up in our apartment. If I unplug and unscrew the router from our bedroom and move it into another room will this mess anything up? We didn't set it up, the comcast guy was sweet enough to set it all up for us, setting up our password and all.

My son is just about 13 months old now... when I picked him up from daycare I noticed from his nose down his face was a bit red but assumed it was from recently waking up but since then (2 hours later) his lips have gotten quite purple and his hands up to his elbows are extremely icy cold. The redness on his face has turned into like a wind rash from the nose down... very red and rough looking. He didn't go outside at all today and has been inside our 70 degree house for the last hour and half besides being in the car. Other than being a bit more clumsy (close to bedtime) he seems fine. Sound familiar or strange?

So we're making the big transition and I'm sure its harder on me than it is my little man. Over the last three weeks I've gradually switched my son from formula to whole milk and now hes drinking whole milk straight from the bottle... about 4-5 ounces every three hours at daycare. Due to the long break over the holiday I thought it might be a good time to get him off the bottle at home instead of daycare.. making it easier at daycare. Any suggestions on how to make everything go smoother? He also wakes up every night between 2-4 for 4 ounces or so and goes right back to sleep.. something we're also cutting out. We bought him a booster seat so he now sits at the table with us instead of the highchair and has many sippy cups he will drink out of but not necessarily like out of the bottle. I am soooo nervous about this!!

Since we started daycare when my son was 7 month, he's had one cold after another. I understand why and don't expect a miracle in the sense that he won't get sick but.... at 10 months he got his first ear infection. He had a nasty cold, stopped sleeping through the night and there is was ear infection # one. A month later, horribly snotty green nose... two days later # two came. Here we are a month later and he has the super thick green snot and I'm cringing just thinking about # 3. Is there a correlation between green snot and ear infection. My doctor has warned me we need to watch him since he's getting them so close together and may require tubes someday if he continues on this pattern. Help?!

Does anyone know how you can watch Dexter season three without showtime.... we have lots of movie channels but showtime of course. I'm willing to pay money to watch dexter online!!! We've seen the first episode but not the second and third thats airing tonight... any suggestions?

I'm only about 9 weeks along but seem to get fatigued during the day but at night when its time to finally sleep I can't shut down. Can't take naps during the day, too busy with work and a little one for that so.... has a nurse/doctor ever suggested something safe to take during pregnancy?

Anyone have a great idea for a middle name...? We like Lily and the last name is Azorr. We've really been trying hard to find a more unique name.. so if you have any other idea than Lily let me know!!

I had long irregular period when I was young and went on birth control for quite some time. My son was a product of missed doses of birth control. Now we're trying for number 2 and 5 months into it it doesn't seem to be getting easier. Since the birth of my son (10 months ago) my periods have become further and further spaced apart. 32-36-38-40 and now I'm currently on day 41 waiting for AF to show up... any suggestions on what to do? Products to take or invest in?
