Okay, the eyeliner that I use smears really bad even when i don't mess with it. even the pencil liner did when i used to wear it. so i'm wondering if there are any tricks to keep my eyeliner from smearing or is it just the eyeliner that i use? help please!?

so my cousin is having twins (boy and girl) the end of may and is naming them

Braxton Allen (Allen is the fathers middle name as well)
