than this i only have one sport and that is boxing, the last time i played basketball is when i was a first grader and badminton for only 3 days when we have our school activity last november.

is my height normal for a Filipino, i'm of Spanish descent my paternal grandmother is dominant Spanish (60% of her blood is European) my paternal grandfather is a distant Spanish descent, that makes my father 1/3 Spanish or more than 1/4 (30 % or go a little bit higher)

while my mother is pure filipina, why other Spanish descent are tall why i'm not ?, is there something that i can do to still grow even 3 inches or four if possible i haven't experience my growth spurt, i do have a bigger frame than others here in the Philippines but i'm not tall as i've made mention, and my hair in my arm pit is so tiny and so few like a 13 years old kid has

mothers height(4'10)

fathers height( 5'5 1/2) ( attended a gym at 15 years old)

i don't have any vices

no liquors

have never tasted a cigarette

don't drink soft drinks

don't eat junk foods

check the label if there's adequate nutrition

drink lots of water(i do love it)

don't eat fatty foods

suggestions please to gain more height:)

i think pacquiao ~ marquez 3 would be more interesting because both marquez and pacquiao are explosive and besides pacquiao will face more difficulty than mayweather. what is your sentiments?
