I want to do a day trip in yosemite. My biggest fear about mountain climbing is how do I get down? Will someone experience tell me specifically how does one get down after scaling a mountain? Thanks.

My health insurance coverage started two weeks ago but I have not received my ID card. My insurance is slow in sending me my ID card. My doctor appointment was today and the doctor gave me grief because I did not have an ID card. My doctor is telling me that I should not be scheduling an appointment unless I have an ID card.

Can I doctor refuse to see me unless I have insurance? The office manager is saying that too many people are deliquent in their bills and they are not willing to take this risk.

Can someone with health insurance knowledge or doctor office management experience help me with this. Thank you!

I rarely drink (once a month). I am healthly with normal blood pressure. During a recent outing to a club, I sustained a temporary blackout after one drink of vodka + cranberry. I remember losing consicousness, being escorted out of the club, and finally I was able to sit myself against the sidewalk to compose myself. After putting my head between my legs for about 2 minutes, I started to regain control of my senses. Another 3 minutes later, I was feeling absolutely normal. From the moment that I was sensing my loss of consciousness until the time I was fully alert was about a 7 minute span.

Anybody have any idea what might possibly have caused this? This has never happened to me before when I drink vodka + cranberry. I did not have an empty stomach and I was feeling perfectly normal until this 7 minute period.

Please take a look at these pictures and estimate the damage of my 2005 Honda Civic EX. I was the victim of a hit and run and I am curious what the cost would be to replace this. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you

I received an email on hotmail as html. When I try to forward to another user, hotmail automatically changes this email to txt format, destroying all my links and pictures. Anyone know how to change this so when I forward my emails, it is in html format? Thank you.

I have a hearing in the near future with my former employer. They have requested a telephone hearing for my supervisor because she has relocated to Washington D.C. (The hearing is in California). Can I object to my supervisor being allowed to testify by telephone because it states that "ordinary press of business" is not a valid excuse for a telephone witness.
