There are official proper ways to display the American flag, such as the star corner always in the upper left position or that if you leave your flag up overnight it should have a light on it. But would it be better/worse if you just left your flag up all the time without following official procedure. Versus not putting up your flag at all (except for major holidays) because you don't have the time, energy or means to follow the official protocol.

I am very light skinned and have a heck of a time finding a foundation that is pale enough, If anyone knows of a good pale foundation that's question number one. Question number two is about eye and lip color. I am very pale, with blue-grey eyes and light blonde hair. What eye colors can I use to accentuate and what lip colors will compliment my natural colors? Any help will be appreciated.
