That Prez Obama is a LOSER??!!! Laughing on 60 minutes about the problems that Americans and the economy face? He is so over his head - it is beyond ridiculous!!! This is only one example of many.

Why did he go in this late stage in the Presidential Race? If it really was to visit his grandmother and she is very ill - why didn't the whole family go? Sounds like a birth certificate cover-up to me. Hmmm?? Wake-up people!

If so, why are you? Do you know what he really stands for or are you just listening to the bias media is feeding you? Are you aware he has a socialist, anti-america philosophy? Are you aware of the people who he surronds himself?

I have been reading many questions and answers on arrest suspended license for a DUI, but still need some answers, if you could...

1) If fail sobriety test and/or breathlyzer or blood test - is license taken away right away or does that happen at trial?

2) If do not take test - again is that right then and there on the night of the incident or at trial?

3) If refuse tests, are you still arrested if officer thinks you have been drinking? Thanks much.

Accident happens - no one hurt, no other car involved - driver hits tree. Police does not administer sobriety tests, no arrest and driver goes home with person towing car. Can the police than ask question at the bar, find out how may drinks were sevred to the driver and than go back a day or two later and arrest the driver? Thanks much.

If so, I would like to know if they really verifiy how much you make in order to get the free night stays or whatever giveaway they offer? There is always small print on the offer that you need to make so mucha year and I usually do not qualify based on the that. Thanks
