my lower bach is killing me, my uterus/bladder area is even worse. this is probably the worst period i have ever had. i've tried elevating my feet so the pain isn't so bad but nothing works. I have taken 4 Midols in the past 16 hours. that hasn't worked either. While I was sleeping last night I had to get up and take a hot bath for a little while then go back to sleep. around my stomach/uterus area it is really bad pain. all through the night i couldn't sleep on my side, belly, or anywhere, only on my bach through the whole night. it almost seems like contractions too. one minute it seems to hurt only a little, the next it seems unbearable. I don't know what to do about this. I have tried everything I can think of. Someone please help me!
