Listening to right wing blow hards you would think that they have really come of with valid questions. Smarmy, witty sometimes clever yes but not valid. In case you are someone stuck at the mercy of these folks for perspective then I have decided to do what most on the left consider themselves above doing because it seems futile to debate bigots.

1. Inner city crime vs Wilson, Zimmerman etc. Answer There is always an outcry from the community over violence, watch any major city newscast in a major city. and watch crying moms demand justice, city leaders offer tougher enforcement and participate in late night vigils etc. Unfortunately most Americans only pay attention to the demands for justice when it may require a white person to be punished for harming a black.

2.Black activist only come out for white crimes. Answer Sharpton/Jackson and local activist are constantly rallying the community against violence, holding summits making speeches etc. Again most Americans/media only cover these speeches when it involves them(a white American)

3. Black on black crime & black on white crime. Black people don't change their tune during these instances, white America does. If someone black shoots a black or white person, Black people are content with them being charged and going to jail. If a white harms a black there are all these excuses made, dumb questions and money raised. Black people don't raise money for inner city criminals defense, they don't make excuses on talk radio etc.

Black films don't get financed due to no international distribution. Will Smith and Denzel are exceptions of course. This past weekend The Butler won the box office, exactly 4 months after 42 won back in april. They bookend a summer highlighted by an O.J. case level racial schism in the Zimmerman trial. Also the summer marked the release of Fruitvale station about Oscar Grant another black youth killed. People often compare racially motivated killings by law enforcement or in the case of Zimmerman a wannabe cop to street violence. Anyone who thinks that the comparison makes sense obviously has never been black. The psychology that african American citizen/residents should be in just as much danger from law enforcement as they are from drug dealers or gangs is insane. Also no gangbanger can murder someone and have the mainstream believe that he should not be jailed like in the 2 cases mentioned above. The point I'm making is that Jackie Robinson and Trayvon Martin exist on a single strand of continued racism but the outpouring of support for the movies shows that america doesn't see a connection. My questions are, do these movies based on decades past allow the belief that racism was something tied to years ago? How can a culture see what happened to Jackie Robinson as wrong and what happened to Trayvon as right? Why don't they see themselves as the same type of people who fought for segregation and lynching? Why don't the people who support gutting the voting rights act see themselves as the same type of people who caused it to come into effect?

When you think about John at Patmos the author of revelations and the fact that Albert Einstein was able to develop his theories while daydreaming, it seems likely. Now the science is there to support visions and soothsayers. From strands to retrocausality there are now vehicles to explain these psychic phenomenon. There are experiments to see if signals can be received before they are sent. Since there are atomic particles that aren't governed by the limits of physics and appear to slip through time space then time travel is likely happening without the proper methods to quantify it. Religion is often sited for thwarting human progress but the false legitimacy of rules and "laws" of science have done just as much damage. Progress was made with Isaac Newton but progress was thwarted for centuries as scientist held religious reverence for the work of their brethren. Ironically cutting edge ideas in science like reverse causality and subatomic strands of information not bound by our "laws" of physics can be found in traditional African religious concepts like sasa and zamani. Until science catches up and realizes that Dr. Martin Luther Kings dream and Einsteins daydreams are examples of advanced temporal quantum information transference, we will continue to have science set back progress due to it's dogmatic ideas of limited quantifiers. Compress the disciplines and you will find the key. I have written this because one day someone will search for the keywords together and will use this as confirmation to pursue the solution.

Moving menus and hyping gimmicks is as old as the modern era(since exclusive license) of madden releases. Taking away things that no one complained about (importing ncaa players) and replacing them with things no one asked for (connected careers) is a madden tradition. Actually connected careers should have been more about incorporating ncaa. Putting superstar and franchise under one menu doesn't feel "connected" Since every cool thing that you might wanna try ( like coaching yourself is forbidden) What did stay the same was pathetic stupid useless AI that brings in way too many drops, fumbles and interceptions. Larry fitzgerald can have 4 drops and Ndamukong suh has 3 pick sixes. Because every linebacker, Dlineman and corner/safety is actually calvin johnson in disguise. I intercepted a pass and my corner stumbles backwards(as they normally do to give the cpu a chance to tackle me, I was tackled in the endzone and the game called it a safety. On the harder levels you expect a little excess on the cpu side but please don't waste my time setting up schemes, choosing personel and picking plays only to have my players act completely inept. I do instant replays and watch my receivers ignore or move away from passes and cpu defenders genie grab from nowhere and seldom deflect but nearly always are randy moss linebackers. What the stupid developers should do is be honest about how the mechanics work and say : you will always be tackled short of the first down, if the cpu is down going into halftime or losing late in the game prepare for a turnover. Let me know that the premise is despite my best intentions, what if everything goes wrong? That is actually realistic. Talented teams get beat all of the time and sometimes inexplicably everything that could possibly go wrong, does. Don't tell me the Ai is intuitive let me know that the game will simply cheat to keep it competitive. My line will refuse to block, my receivers will refuse to catch and my defenders won't sack, force fumbles or make interceptions until the cpu is satisfied. For several years it seems that the developers have taken personally making sure that my team is unsuccessful which defeats the efforts of running a franchise. Eventually I have to learn gimmicks to consistently beat the cpu(which ironically is why I don't care for online) I don't want to play manipulate the glitch. I want the game to do realtime calculations. If I hit megatron in the open on the numbers don't have him drop it several times and don't pretend that every Dlineman is using stickem when their catch rating is nil. Don't have defenders with 82 speed catch players with 95 speed from behind. I might want to be able to outrun usain bolt BUT I CAN'T!!! and some slow fat lineman can't catch devin hester because the play worked. This is actually threatening to stop me from being a fan of the NFL because the game is an extension and I want to live out those fantasy through these pixels. So if I have to get to know the backstory of hockey or soccer players because the video games might be more practical then that might be the price that has to be paid. Til one of these intelligent dummies fix their IF/Then calculations to find a way to make it competitive not totally aggravating.

Many blacks seem to be tripping over themselves to prove they don't vote the way whites do, which is based on race. They are eager to show that they evaluate the issues like educated whites state they do. Some whites voted for a black president as the icing on the cake to prove they were not racist and in return many blacks are speaking out against Obama. The republican party had a lock on blacks til FDR and republicans took over the poor white vote. Blacks vote their interest and many uneducated whites vote racial and social issues. For example Romney doesn't have any policies that would benefit rural West Virginia but most of the region would never consider voting for obama. So most republicans are voting tax policy and use social/racial issues to get the poor to vote against their interest. Does the democratic party care about black people? No! can having a black president eliminate 400 years of systemic oppression? No! Are 90% of black households conservative and dislike liberal policies? Yes! So if the republican party had a policy that helped poor whites and blacks at the same time then most blacks would be republican. Since republicans have to pander to racism with welfare, crime and birth certificates rather than promoting understanding for whites that don't have the benefit of constant exposure to other groups, then the parties will continue to swap which disenfranchised group they won't to cater to. There is a familiar refrain about hard work and immigrant groups to explain black disenfranchisement (as if 3 centuries of slavery wasn't hard work) blacks apparently never contributed their one generation of hard work to earn enfranchisement. The reality is, the 2 most maligned groups in the country aren't immigrants at all. Others came hoping and dreaming, we came kicking and screaming and their family chose to come to where my family had done all the work because everyone wants their hard work to pay off not to be capped by birth. Those same immigrants and their descendants have had no problem with being born darker than ice putting a social cap on your aspirations. If you are black you can continue to vote against abortion, illegal immigration and gay marriage but you can't vote republican. Blacks are not liberals but have been lumped with whites that are outside the conservative mainstream because of race. Blacks are liberals not due to belief but being put in to a large group of "undesirables" such as liberal minded whites and groups outside of western europe who are numerical minorities. Blacks are progressive and support that segment of the democratic platform and reject regressive policies of the republican platform. Which makes us a group of progressive conservatives. This split is what confuses many blacks since they are not culturally liberal then they think they must be republican and that's not true. A segment of the white population who chose one platform socially and the other economically is called independents. That's where most blacks would fall. Progressive conservative independents. A niche of a niche with no candidate. I wanted a Obama -Ron Paul ticket and didn't get it. So please answer why a black person would vote republican and if you are african american please express your motivation for voting for the republican party

I've heard americans distort canadian healthcare to an incredible degree while ignoring the tragic and fatal flaws of the corporate greed based healthcare model practiced here in the USA. The 40 million working americans who don't have healthcare for themselves or children have fallen through the canyon of the greed makes right model. If you are elderly and or extremely poor, the often besieged american safety net will insure you. If you work and are only nearly drowning you won't qualify. You also will be victimized by your employer who not only doesn't pay you a living wage but will taunt you by offering you private insurance that you can't afford. On average 10% of your post tax income. If someone makes $8hr (many adults are glad to accept right now) and get 30hrs a week your take home is likely hovering just below $200 wk and a company insurance plan of only $20 a week is $80 of the roughly $800 you take home. $80 is against food, maybe your monthly bus pass or gas money to get to work. Our system turns the stomachs of most of the worlds people. Working people and children battle and die from curable chronic illness while our doctors focus on private clinics and plastic surgery. The "socialist" way is just a more responsible and mature way to share the cost and keep them manageable. Screaming "we're americans, we don't care and we don't share" is not the answer. I have yet to find the bill or the law entitled "obamacare" but if I were him I wouldn't run from it, my slogan would be 'Obama cares about you and they don't'. Fighting for private insurance profits and hospital cherry picking is not a desirable healthcare system anywhere. The canadian system is full of hyperbole as well both systems are hybrids, the lawmakers railing against public healthcare are on the 'socialist dole' as government workers and so are the 'subsidy welfare queens of corporate healthcare'. You don't want a bureaucrat picking your doctor but have no problems with a greedy fat cat? "Obama caring" is not about government its about profits, if the government adds competition then the fat cats will have to be more competitive on prices and services because all the people whining about socialism will jump ship to the cheaper better government alternative. Right now social healthcare is unmanaged because you have to treat the uninsured, why not let them pay something? If those 40 million people paid $6 a month it would go along way to helping cities and states who shoulder the burden of the uninsured showing up at the hospital once they are chronic. Obama cares makes better fiscal, moral, common and social sense than parroting corporate propaganda, thinly veiled racism and selfishness. So are you for big multi nationals killing americans or for the american worker?

Who wouldn't be pro- "choice" or pro- "life"? This tells us nothing about the actual issues at hand. For example it doesn't tell us that the "choice" comes after possibly an irresponsible "choice" of having sex which has many risks including..........wait for it....procreation, surprised? It seems you've already made your "choice" and that's risking having a baby who shouldn't be punished. On the pro "life" side they are all for babies being born and then trying to starve, impoverish, imprison, uninsure and deprive of education afterwards. While complaining, "why do these people have all these kids that can't afford?" --cuz u closed the abortion clinic with a bomb, ya nut-job. So pro-choice stay off your back and pro-life pay a few taxes for something besides corporate subsidies and bombing hospitals and schools around the world. I've noticed that the media quickly picked up (quite unprofessionally), the right wing pejorative of calling the health care reform law "obama" care. This is to tip of the race mongers to hate the legislation for it simply being tied to the black president. WW2 killed tens of millions of people and preventing 10 of millions of americans from have health care is no different than hitler rolling tanks into poland. Calling it obama care doesn't change the real problems that predate obamas birth. Republicans seem to want to offer attacks but no solutions on how to stop killing americans needlessly. Several 2 term republican presidents have had a chance to offer leadership on this issue and refused, republican majorities have had several opportunities to introduce and pass legislation that would have satisfied all of their objectives and refused. The only thing the party of greed, no and war can do is run deficits for corporate subsidies, wars and coffer robbing tax cuts. We're all for less government, the right is against government that educates or helps the vulnerable and the left is against spending money attacking poor countries and transferring wealth from taxpayers to haliburtons and goldmans sachs. If the right to have a weapon to kill people in america is important, then there should be a right to protect yourself with medical care. You can't repeal something that doesn't exist and you can't sentence millions of americans to death to leave money to bombs schools and homes a half a world away.

Now the let americans die sect(those against health care) will say that you don't have to drive but that's like saying you don't have to live. It is the difference of no difference which is what people use to support weak arguments. Finding any difference whether of consequence or not does not create a justification for prejudice, racism or insurance requirements. You cannot raise your children in a home without running water and electricity generally without child services chasing you. You can't refuse to educate your children(which would seem more of a privilege, than transportation. Letting people walk around with untreated TB is more dangerous than a decent driver with no coverage. I predict if they keep pushing this, there will be courtrooms filled with suits for various other "unconstitutional" requirements. When you create your justification for bias, make sure you follow your logic to its conclusion.

The answer is less big mean communist and more transnational american corporate greed which loves selling us nikes and junk at wal mart for 1000% profit. So even if the chinese yuan reached parity with the american dollar "american" corporations would simply find another slave labor nation to make over priced junk to bilk americans for, while robbing them of jobs. Your best bet is do what american corporations and your ancestors did and that's be willing to follow the money to save your family. As the end of the school year approaches I begin to wonder about the american tradition of disparaging black students enrolling in college. Year after year despite the facts bigots line up to repeat an age old myth that unqualified blacks are put into university and it's unfair to to smarter white applicants. So if you are a graduating african american here are some facts that won't impede racist thought in america but can make sure your mind is on your study rather than racist mythology.

1. Nobody knows your test score and even if they did and it was low, they can't compare apples and oranges. If they need to kick you out by finding someone with a higher score, you will simply find someone with a lower score and take their place.

2.There is a brain drain as dramatized by the cosby show and a different world where alot of talented african americans look forward to going to a HSBC black college. Most of these students could mop the floor with white student scores at any university but look forward to the accepting atmosphere of a Howard or clark university over the isolated hostility of white universities.

3. Affirmative action has nothing to do with slavery the main beneficiaries have been white women in college enrollment, career advancement etc and they were never slaves, same for the disabled etc.

4.Test scores don't get people into college there are alot of high test scores and whites are more likely to be in an educational environment that trains them for the test. They won't standardize test but fight standardizing the public school system. Expecting you to come from a crowded classroom with disinterested teachers is why they hope that you're impeded from getting what you need to pass the tests.

5. There's no such thing as reverse discrimination, laws preventing abuse don't abuse someone else it's the dumbest argument known to man. Requiring facilities to allow blacks the same access that they allowed whites all along. They tried the 'leave it up to white people to do the right thing' and 100 years after slavery blacks where fighting to regain the rights they were given by abe lincoln and so in the 1970s slavery ended, again with the passage of civil rights laws that mandated that the country take 'affirmative action' to stop the insanity that had run america for 450 years.

6.hundreds of thousands of blacks with high test scores will be relegated to community colleges and store front colleges because these universities won't take one more black than they have to. The school has 70000 students but once they get their 3 minorities(not necessarily black descendants of slavery, they cut out the chance of anyone darker than snow. You will never hear them talk about the blacks that are left out with high test scores because there's a minority limit that mandates universities must remain majority white.

7.African students score the highest of all students in america, so if there is something genetically wrong with african americans it's likely that we have too many generations of white ancestors in our veins bringing down our scores compared to full blooded africans.

8.Challenge any cross burning affirmative action hater to mail in only there test scores and not fulfill any of the other admissions processes and see how far they get.

9.Your scores are higher than the alumni legacy students and all of the white student athletes and more than half of the general white student body so have the school remove the lowest test scorers from the admission roles regardless of race or scholarship.
