I have a big mess i'm dealing with. I'm the tenate. I have never met my landlord they hired a property managment company. I was out walking my dog (i'm not suppose to have) but he showed up unannounced to my property and i caught him looking in my windows. sO WE BOTH BREACHED THE CONTRACT RIGHT??. I was like who are you he explained he was the owner of the property and he wanted to see the damages done to the house.. Dry rotton porch;paint marks on the house he accused me of doing (never did) and the property manger said i was going tohave to pay to paint the entire house even though i have proof from google earth theywere there long before i moved in. My neighbors said he caught someone snopping around my house that he though was one of the landlords family members. he fired my property mangers and hired a new one know to be horrible and wants me to sign them as my property manger.. I refuse.. My old property manger said she got me out of my lease due to landlord tenate problems she signed my 30 days notice, then when she realized i wasn't going to rent from her she took them back and said that my lease was still inforce and my landlord is going to sue me if i break me lease...???But didn't he break mine coming on my property with no notice?? My husband is currenly deployed and i explained to him when i renewed my lease i had no idea he was going to deploy and my lease states no overnight guest longer than 7 days and no dogs.. I wanted my mom to come stay with while he was deployed he said talk to the new property manger. She said talk to the landlord.. I'm tired of the drama so i sent him my husband deployment orders and 30 days notice with check and told him he could keep my security deposit and i would find new tentants, and the house cleaned.. he said he still wanted to sue me..? what are my legal rights??? I live everyday in my home like a prison since i found out his dad lives 3 houses down from he and seriously i feel like i'm going to have a mental breakdown from being alone all the time.. What do i do?? and by the way i also signed another lease with a private owner when my property manger wrote in writing i was out of my lease... please help??? what do i do??my rent is 1000 hereand 950 at my new place.

I've been married now for only five months and seriously debating divorcing my husband. I met him at work and was going through a rough time being i was just getting out of a relationship with a very abusive man that almost killed me.. Me and Steve just hit it off we HAD everything in common. I was honest with him about everything even the real bad stuff. He was in the military just got back from a year long deployment and yes i'm a dancer but he knew that he met me there. Matter of fact he was the only man i ever dated from a club and been dancing for some time. The only problem was he was 23 and i'm 28. I decided that we were going to be friends first and see where it would go from there. To make a real long story short we were friends for about 5 months then one day we both just decided to get married. I asked him before we got married if he was ready for the commitment of marrige and he reassured me that he never wanted anything more.. April 9th of this year we married and everything he said he wasn't he is which is horrible.. Since we got married he never wants to have sex and I'm far from unattractive.. He refuses to cut the grass or take out the trash. When he gets a drink out of the refrigrator he can't even put the bottle back. He never does laundry or helps me with the dishes.. I spend all day doing laundry and whem he gets home he throws them out of his dresser on the floor and leaves then there until i pick them up. Then when we moved in our home we were not alloud dogs and i had one he kicked the dog and abused it daily until i finally ended up giving her to a family. The the folllowing week he goes and buys a wolf that iam stuck with daily cleaning up poop and pee while he is working. He never wants to do anything for me its all about steve all the time.. I can't even go see movies i want to go see because he will talk his way into something he wants.. After fighting with him i just gave up. He wont watch tv shows i want he tells me to watch them in my room.. Yeah we sleep in separate rooms and he sees nothing wrong with this either I'M PHYSCO FOR GETTING UPSET ABOUT ANY OF THIS HE STATES. Oh and when we do have sex i have to go down on him every time or he will not give it to me.. He refuses to give it back to me and says its discusting. It was my bday yesterday and he got me a dog that he wanted and then said he got it for me..?? What the FU**?? And this is the biggie since he knows i make awsome money i pay for 90% of everything, thats the only time he gives me attention is when i'am paying for him and when i'am done it's back to xbox. I'am i wrong for wanting a divorce?? We got into a fight lastnight and i went out ended staying at my girlfriends house.. He did not call or check up on me once.. When i tell him he don't care about me he just says he trust me?? which is ****.. I could go on for days... what should i do??
