I am going to be a go-go dancer from the 60's for Hallowen. I have a short VERY colorful dress with long sleeves and some knee high stacked boots. My costume kind of looks like the clothes that the women sometimes wore in the old tv show "Laugh In". What are some accessories I can wear with my costume?

I keep reading on here how mixed people have it so hard & they don't know what race they belong to! I am mixed with black and white, I consider myself mixed. Not black, not white! I experienced some racism just like everyone else but, I survived & it made me a strong woman! Why do people that are not of mixed race feel the need to tell US that we or the mixed children of today have it so hard? How would they know?

Some given names have meaning. What did you name you kid(s) and why? My daughter's name is Timiah LeChelle. I named her after a friend that passed away when I was young. His name was Timmy Lee.

I answered a question on here today because the asker called mixed people "mutts". She wrote me and doesn't understand why mixed people shouldn't be called mutts. I'm trying to explain it to her but, I don't think she gets it! I am mixed with black and white and do not tolerate anyone calling me a "mutt"! Any thoughts on this bi-racial, multi-racial or mixed people?

All I can remember it saying was "Say it again...it makes me smile.." I think it was made in the 90's and it was an r & b song. But, I can't remember who sang it or anymore of the words! HELP!!!!

I have seen WAY worse questions and answers on here and they don't get deleted!!!

Does anyone else think that Francine is obsessed with Black people? Does anyone else think that she really wants a big, strong black man in her life? Does anyone else think that they (black men) won't have her and she is bitter about it?

I took my car to a neighborhood mechanic to look at it for me. Well, without my permission he took it to a professional mechanic. He authorized the professional mechanic to take a look at my car. I asked the neighborhood mechanic to bring my car back to me because I was going to take it to my regular mechanic and now I can't find the neighboorhood mechanic anywere. The professional mechanic is telling me that he will not give me my car back and that someone has to pay him for the work and storage on my car. I never authorized this mechanic to do anything to my car and the police said it is a civil matter and that he can't keep me from getting my car. But, the towing people don't want to get involved and take the car off his lot. I have no idea what to do! Can anyone help?
