Hi I'm going to a lake near nmy house that holds a variety of fish. However the only big fish in there are koi and goldfish. Most of the time they don't bite but I did catch one using bread. However that hasnt been working well lately.

i have

2. black crappie

4. orange spot's

2. rock bass

10. feeder goldfish

the pond has no vegetation.However its well oxygenated but dirty...

my freind told me to watch it but i want to know what it is

ok so he has a large tank about 7 ft long 4 ft deep. it is about 49 F and has a ridiculously large amount of oxygen... well for an aquarium. he wants a fish that grows to be about 2 ft

i love to fish for eels and ever since ive read this back in 2007 i was horrified! i even remember when i was 9 and an American eel swam up to me and curiously studied me swimming around it was one of my favorite memories.i don't want to see these Beautiful animals in nothing more than just a book!

1 how big can they grow?

2 tank or pond size?

3 where can i buy them in mississauga?

4 good diet?

i think the tank has somehow been cycled as there is 0 ammonia 0 nitrites and is crystal clear... does this mean that a 2.5 gallon can be cycled? and is it normal for my paradise fish not to gulp air from the surface. he is happy and healthy and has butiful colours AND! MADE A BUBBLE NEST!..... anyway back to the cycle i have this type of filter(bottom) and its on high level.

i have had expirience keeping wild mallard ducklings from the pond i live by.

just until i setup my 60 gallon for him im going to buy a a mini canister filter made for 20 gallons.

but it will be bigger i will also be getting mini canister and small heater

and alot of live rock.

i have one more question. what would be able to live in such a thing...

im getting guppies for my 90 gallon pond and i would like to know

1.could i add salt to make it a brackish environment.

2.what type would work well

fancy guppy

elders live bearer

wild guppies

3.what plants will survive in brackish.

4.can i use sand as a substrate.
