  • Math challenge?

    This is a math brain teaser if anyone has an answer for it would be amazing.

    Find an equation that when put into a scientific calculator and graphed, the answer appears to look like the roller coaster "SHEIKRA" that is at Bush Gardens in Tampa FL.

  • This is an American History question. What was the conflict / controversy surrounding the first American flag?

    My son is doing a Social Studies project on the first American Flag, that was sewn by Betsy Ross (altho in doing his reasearch he has found that historians highly doubt BR was the one who actually did sew the original flag ). I recall there was some kind of conflict/controversy over this flag but can not remember what it was and in searching the net neither he or I can find what that is. The basis of this project is conflict and compromise. We have both spoken to several people who recall something like this but noone can remember. Any help would be greatly apprecialted, if there is a web page that would be super. Thanks in advance to any and all ideas, suggestions and answers.
