i have a honda 4 cycle 50cc scooter and when i start it (sometimes it will not start and sometimes it will) it runs good for a little bit and then when you give it gas it bogs down and dies but sometimes it bogs down for a min or two and then it runs good then does it one more time then dies i have put on some new parts fuel filter , plug , fuel , cleaned the air filter and and spark looks to be good

i start my scooter and it runs and then i try to give it gas it runs like ruff and then dies and the messed up thing is it start right back up and i have put on a new fuel filter and i cleaned carb (yes i did put it back the right way) and i know the fuel pump is working HELP ME !!!!!!!
