Trying to open a soupy green pool, how do I get rid of the nastiness?
I took my winter cover off and discovered I have a nice soupy green pool. I have started to drain the water, I figured I would do a 50% water change before I opened it. I have not hooked up the pump as the water is below the intake. I was wondering if I could add liquid chlorine while I am draining it to help get the nasty green soup to thin up. And as I start to fill the pool back up can I add more chlorine. Is there a cheaper way to get this pool to normal color again? Please help.
1 AnswerSwimming & Diving1 decade agoDoes anyone know a natural cure for Depression?
I have been unemployed for about 10 months, not from lack of trying as I have been actively searching; I even tried local fast food places in which I was told I was over qualified. Well, my health insurance ran out and I am suffering from depression so my doctor gave me a prescription but I can’t afford to fill it just yet. I was wondering if anyone knows of a natural cure for depression, preferably one that does not cost a lot and won’t cause weight gain (I have gained 30 pounds since losing my job which only adds to the depression). The doctor even told me the pills she was giving me, Effoexor xr, can cause weight gain which I don’t see how you can end depression when you’re putting on weight, seems like that would cause depression.
If you know of a natural cure please let me know, I want my optimism back and I want to be depression free. Thanks
3 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade agoWhats the advantage to doing a chapter 13 over a chapter 7?
I am under the impression that on a chapter 13 you repay your debt but on a 7 you walk away from your debt. So does society look at a 13 more favorable? And in a 7 you start to rebuild your credit as soon as its discharged, in a 13 do you have to wait 5 years to start rebuilding your credit? If this is all true, why even offer a 13?
4 AnswersCredit1 decade agoIf I record tv/movies on my vista media center, Can I watch them on my television or only on my pc?
I have been seeing on commercials how you can use your computer like a dvr. I currently have Charter Communication and am paying $30 a month for my dvr which is crazy. I would love to know if my vista can replace my moxi (dvr box) and still allow me to watch recorded shows on my tv .
2 AnswersHome Theater1 decade agoHas anyone experienced a side effect from taking Effexor XR or other AD's that caused you to want to smoke? ?
I quit smoking 10 years ago and like most ex smokers I still crave every once in awhile but since starting the Effexor I feel like I just put the pack down. I am having huge cravings like today is day one on the way to quit smoking. Has any experienced this before? And how did you over come it?

2 AnswersSt. Louis1 decade agoNeed advice, can't find a job after car accident?
I was laid off in September and two weeks later I was rear ended and have injuries to my right wrist, and back. I am still sending my resume out everywhere, but when I go to an interview I can't hold a pen long enough to fill out an app, and I have a hard time sitting in uncomfortable chairs. Employers see that I will miss work with physical therapy and it rules me out. I am getting unemployment but I am worried that if I don't get hired soon I will have a gap in my work history which will be another strike against me.
I don't know what to do, bills are adding up and unemployment only pays 320 a week. I don't want to hire a attorney and the insurance company won't pay for lost pay since I have no pay. Does anyone have an suggestions for me?
