What would you do about disrepectful neighbors, and landlords?
Neighbors being constantly noisy at all hours, violating rules on lease, and then the landlord does nothing about the situation. Would like to know what you would do about this situation if it happened to you. ALL DUMB, STUPID, SARCASTIC answers will be reported, and deleted, so don't bother.
