  • Interview Question - Did I get the second interview or not?

I just had a phone interview regarding a position with a new company.

I've had several phone interviews in the past and compared to them, this one wasn't my best.

At the end of the call, the interviewer told me they're interviewing more people this weekend and that they're doing in person interviews next week and how she would follow up.

Does this mean that I didn't get the second in person interview? I don't remember previous phone interviews being like that if I didn't get the second interview.

  • Resume Question - Someone help!!?

I recently just graduated from college and I'm looking for a full time job. I'm making my resume and I have a few questions I'm hoping I can get answers for.

    1. I know the resume is supposed to be one page at most, but I can't list all my work places onto it (it goes over onto a 2nd page). Should I just put the most "important" places I've worked for and leave some out? If I do, it looks like I was unemployed for a year or so.

    2. The first place I interned for, I worked there for a few months about a couple years ago. It was a three month long internship so after that ended, I got a few other internships after. However, I am currently back interning for the first place I've worked at. How would I put this on my resume regarding the dates? Should I put "January 2009 - April 2009" or should I put it as "January 2009-April 2009, June 2012-Present"?

Thank you, any help is welcome!!

  • P&C Licensing - California?

I just recently graduated from college and am looking for a job in the insurance field. But all the places I've applied for want me to already have my P&C license. I was wondering how I go about doing this. Can someone recommend me any good classes to take to help me prep for the test?

  • How do you fight a red light camera ticket in CA?

A few months ago I got a ticket in the mail saying I ran a red light in OC (where the cameras are still in use unlike LA). The thing is I DON'T remember running one and if anything, it involved me being in the middle of the intersection when the light turned red. This would be my second ticket this year (the first one for an illegal u-turn). I went to traffic school for the first ticket and I know that you can only take traffic school once every 18 months and I was wondering how I can fight off this ticket. My parents who got the ticket in the mail said that there was a picture of my car "running the red light". I have to go into court tomorrow and I wanted to know how I can convince the judge to let me take traffic school again.

  • What happens to the co-signer if you get evicted?

My dad co-signed my lease when I moved into my new place this year. I was wondering what would happen to him if we were to get evicted. Would his credit score get lowered? And also, what would happen to my dad if we ended up doing the "3 day pay or quit"?

  • Did I get the job?/Should I go to the other interview regardless?

I had an interview with a PR firm several days ago and by the end of it, they asked me for my availability. Does this mean I go the job? I sent a follow-up e-mail today but because it was a weekend and they were closed, they haven't gotten back to me. The reason I'm asking is because I got offered an interview at a different PR firm and I'm not sure whether or not I go. Would it be a good idea to go to the second PR firm's interview?
