Our home which we filed in Bankruptcy is going to forclosure, an auction sale date is set on 11/23/11

we received a letter from Lender that we need to vacate the property by 11/11/11,

Before this, lender sent us a letter offering us Deed In Lieu for Leasing property,

We didn't make moving arrangements because we were waiting from the lender to see if they will lease the property to us, now that they sent this letter and want us to vacate the property by 11/11 which is a short time, what may happen if we cannot vacate the property on the date the letter asks, and we vacate property one or two weeks after the letter's date, thanks

Our Bank sent as some options before our home going to forclosure, one of the options we wanted was to go to DIL for leasing the property as tenants, they say they have to send an Appraiser to make an interior appraisal before processing file, should we allow this appraisal ? what may be their intentions ? thanks

I have been running from one Verizon store to another to fix, or learn something about why am I not able to send videos from my thunderbolt to my email address, it seems these Verizon people do not have experience or do not want to tell the truth, so I thought I could get an answer from thunderbolt owners, my question is how many minutes exactly of video can be sent to email address ? sometimes when I try to send a video, a message says "file too large", isn't the Thunderbolt supposed to be a latest top technology device ? We have a home already,but we are paying a high mortgage payment, the loan balance is high but the home lost its' value as usual,after a long waiting period, the Lender modified the loan, but not better than what was the original loan payment, only $100 less, they never cut from principal, they are not willing to do anything better, our credits( I and wife) are bad, owe a lot credit cards debt,can't pay because of high mortgage payment,

My 2001 car failed emission test because there was signal "Service engine soon" , they, (emission shop) really did not care to diagnose the real problem, instead advised me to take to a mechanic to diagnose the problem, I took car to Autozone, they diagnosed for catalytic converter, then I took car to a mechanic, they too said I need to replace catalytic converter, they asked $950 to replace it,

I started a search online to look for catalytic converter, through my search I see a lot different shapes of catalytic converters , prices ranging from $90 to $ 450, according to sizes,

my question is, how could I know really which part I need, or which part really needs to replace as "catalytic converter" ?

I had Skype downloaded on my laptop, recently I borrowed my laptop to a relative when he traveled abroad, over there, he had opened another account on my laptop for his personal use and contacts,

after return from trip, I obtained back my laptop, the problem is, now when I open Skype it brings his name and his contacts list, I don't know and can't locate my original user name or my contacts list,

I uninstalled and then installed Skype again, I did this process couple of times, but every time I download Skype again it brings my relative's name and contacts, I can't locate or bring back my original Skype name or contacts back, can you please help in this ? how can I remove/delete that Skype account which was created temporary, thanks

I have an AC problem to my 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor, it does not blow cool air, I took it to the dealership for diagnosis, they said it is the computer, and said the pc unit needs to be replaced, to make sure, I took my car to another shop, Meineke, they diagnosed that it is the AC compressor, it is stuck and needs replacement,
