I don't know if this has anything to do with me downloading the latest MSN Plus, but whenever I change my screen name now, a little while later it'll change back to the one I had before! It only does it once and then afterwards it stays. It's a real pain to be honest because I put loads of colours and stuff in my screen name, so it takes a while to get it back. Is anyone else having this problem and know the solution? Many thanks.

My oyster card expired a little while ago and I've got my new one recently, but there is still money on my old one. Is there a way I can get that back or transfer it onto my new one?

I've tried looking up Holly Wales (who is supposedly a character created by Robert Muchamore in either CHERUB or Henderson's Boys) but haven't found anything which suggests when she was born or that the character exists at all. Any help please? Thanks.
