My son (Akib Jr, age 25) ate my dog's food for lunch. He has problems so this makes sense. He threw up 4 times in the past 2 hours. Should I be concerned?

He has made no effort to make any sort of bonds with me. I brought my brand new PlayStation 5 to his apartment so we could play and he told me "get the hell out of here." What am I doing wrong? There is an attic room that I am not allowed to see because "it is unstable?" Is it possible that my boyfriend is hiding something like this or am I going crazy.
