  • For Tales From the Borderlands players, what do you think of Vaughn and Yvette?

Personally, I dislike them. They were alright in the beginning, they seemed like nice characters. But both decide to take Vasquez's deal and betray Rhys. Vaughn may have apologised but he still took the deal, Yvette didn't even seem like she was sorry. Bad mouthing Rhys when he was disguised as Vasquez not once, but twice. Quite vehemently as well, it's hard to believe it was an act to get herself ahead in the company whilst still having your back.

Given both of their betrayals, do you still like them as characters or do they seem rather distasteful after choosing to betray Rhys? My friends still like them, but I just can't get on the band wagon with them for those two...

  • I don't have a name for a Town in my story. Can anyone help me?

I don't want an overly complicated name. Something short maybe six-seven letters tops. Also something that's easy to remember and spell. Oh and it has to be pronounceable. Other than that it could be a word from another language for it matters.

  • Experiment or Escape?

I'm writing a story and my characters are currently kidnapped and locked in a dungeon. Two of them are handcuffed together, (that is relevant to what happens in either options) and I can't decide whether to have my characters escape straight away with mass destruction in tow or be stuck in there a while with people knocking them out and experimenting on them.

The experiment option will give them weird powers that they have to use to eventually escape, but the escape option gets them out before any major changes can take place.

The two main characters have already been in a few experiments but not enough to notice anything really different with themselves and if they escape now, nothing's going to majorly change in them for ages if they escape now to allow time for the experiments already completed to gain strength and foundation in their bodies.

    Which direction should I go?
