i need a free program to transfer music from my iphone to my pc , not just a trial run or 50 songs either full version for free , i know they are out there beccuuse i had one then my computer had to be wiped and i forgot the name , i can't use itunes to do it either . please help . can you give me the name of a program and a link or at least the name please?

Isn't ( potato bridge ) Perrine Bridge at Twin Falls, Idaho the only base jumping spot in the usa that is legal year round , so is that where they have the course or what ?

The kl tower in Malaysia requires base jumpers to have done at least 120 base jumps , 20 in the last year , and have been doing this for the last 2 years to participate in their event .

There's a fake Internet security program called Internet security 2013 that must have downloaded and installed alongside a free notepad software I installed .

It won't close

I never burned a restore disc .

I don't know what to do ,

so I often pay for goods online using local moneygram transfers as payment , I recently paid a online retailer using moneygram . long story short they don't accept moneygram anymore even though they did not even a month ago , so I need to get a refund .

they haven't picked up the money transfer ( obviously because they don't accept it anymore )

do I just go to the local moneygram location with my id and the papers they gave me that have the reference number and info and request a refund , will they give me the 10 minute transfer fee of $10 as well or just the amount I sent ?

the diet I follow is low carb paleo veganism with intermintent fasting and calorie restricting

trying to limit carbs to 30-50 grams a day

doing paleo without eating animal products (vegan)

fasting once a week for a day .

I have been losing weight fast , since starting less than a week ago I have lost 8lbs

restricting calories to 1700

I have been a vegan for over 3 months( for ethical reasons ) and have been eating meatless meat and haven't had any urge to eat real meat or other animal products

since starting this paleo diet I have felt

hungry

weak

craving all kings of animal products

overall bad

I would soon go back to regular veganism that isn't paleo without limiting carbs than go all out and be an omnivore

I have been eating all veggies , fruit has to many carbs . nuts have to be soaked and dried , all I can eat is veggies , no potatoes or other starchy veggies either .

advice

I started on the paleolithic diet and am finding it limiting , am I just not creative enough or what , I went grocery shopping for the first time on the paleo diet and only bought veggies and some fruit .

advice from paleo vegans is appreciated

why do meat eaters constantly post in the vegetarian and vegan section trying to justify their meat eating ? . and usually end up getting schooled

I am a 16 year old male ,I don't have many people who love me . I have 0 friends because my parents moved around a few times in only 2 years except old friends I communicate poorly with over digital media , but I am trying despite my frequent depression and constant social anxiety . I am gay btw have never had a boyfriend either .

I don't like my dad and never had , this isn't about him anyway . have no siblings left at home or who live nearby .

Have you ever read The 5 Love Languages ? yes I sometimes watch Oprah .

My love language is mostly Quality Time following Words Of Affirmation and Psychical Touch

If not then what I mean is I feel love from people by spending Quality Time with them where I have their undivided attention .What I mean by Words Of Affirmation is telling people how much they mean to you and talking . Psychical touch is hugs, pats on the back, nothing sexual of course .

My mom never spends quality time with me . I ask her all the time if she wants to do various leisure activities with me and she consistently declines all offers , then I ask her what she wants to do , she says I could sit in her room while she watches tv and uses the internet , this is not quality time ,this is just her doing what she does all the time except I am just sitting there .I have done this before , I sit there trying to talk to her while she watches annoying tv and she barely talks to me , she only gives me minimal responses like ( yeah , okay , I don't know , other phrases that don't mean anything ) all while not paying attention .

I have told her all of this and how it hurts my feelings that she doesn't want to spend time together , but it hasn't gotten me anywhere with her somehow she doesn't understand .

I ask her if she loves me and she says she does but never really explain why or how much , so it is to vague to be meaningful .

how do I get her to spend quality time with me ? she gives time to everything and everyone else besides me ( school , work , her church , her friends , my dad , even volunteering ) I am her child and I don't feel nurtured by my mother .

They make as much noise in a day than I do in a whole week .

shouting , closing doors loudly , stomping around , making the dogs bark intentionally , using the hairdryer , their television on to loud , my mom laughs to loud as well , etcetera .

No matter if i am sleeping or not, my dad opens my door to talk to me about 5 times a day , now if what he has to say was meaningful or important I would not mind as much . he opens my door to talk about useless things , asking me questions in an accusing way , demanding I do chores and threatening me if I do not complete them with turning my phone off and other worse things , or simply stupid things , ex: he asked me if I adjusting the thermostat despite me never touching it . Here's another , he asked me " do you want to go to church " I never go to church , and if I was I would have just told him or my mom myself .

It disturbs me , he never has any good news for me , never says anything positive to me generally . He frequently interrupts me while I am watching Tv , often while I am watching a program that is very dear to me .

My room is directly next to the bathroom so I hear everyone using the restroom , the worst of it is my dad peeing standing up and hearing a stream of liquid hitting a small pool of water or pooping and making a sequence of grunting . That is furthermore why I put a towel down and push it up against my door in my room to stop the smell of either the bathroom or the house smells in general . Every time my dad opens up my door and he is usually the only one who does besides me and occasionally my mom , he messes up my towel and pushes the edge of my carpet up and bends it , I consequently have to fix it each time .

is it to much to ask not to open my door to talk to me 5 times a day ? and to be quieter around the house ?

Obviously it's not my house but I am not a guest I am a resident their son . I do all the chores around the house as well . We all do our own laundry , I clean the kitchen ,I take the trash out including the outside cans , I clean the bathroom , I clean my own room . When the weather is warm I am the only one to mow the lawn ,rake, and do yard work . I am a vegan and my parents are omnivores so I don't cook for them but back when I wasn't a vegan I cooked meals they could eat everyday .

When I try to talk to my mom about these things above or more importantly why she doesn't ever want to spend time with me and that I don't feel loved by her , here's what happens . Every time I say something she doesn't like she raises her voice and says something like " stop bitching at me " or something similar that is defensive and continually talks over me loudly until I leave or stop talking . When I text her she can't raise her voice to get me to stop talking so I tell her what I feel , she texts back something but we never get anywhere in the conversation because she doesn't want to talk about it ,she gets mad or annoyed and has my dad yell at me and threaten me through the phone , instead of just talking about why she is feeling bad with me .

anyone have anything to say for me ?

an answer i gave that was pretty decent and didn't violate any guidelines was reported , i am assuming he just didn't like it , i wasn't rude at all .

my dad is home from 10 am to 2 pm everyday during the weekdays . when he is home i feel uncomfortable like i can't be myself or enjoy anything , he comes in often for idiotic reasons often in an angry mood . he makes a ton of noise around the house and when he uses the restroom . he gives me anxiety . i usually try to avoid him when he is home .

i was riding my bike in farmland area and a farmers dog ran up really fast towards my bike , i tried to get away but he ran fast and he bit me on my leg and i managed to get away

he bit me through the pants , although it did draw blood , i didn't think it was a big deal and so i just told my parents casually when they got home after my bike ride , they started acting anxiety ridden and being hysterical about rabies .

most of the farmers around here let their dogs run rampant around their property without supervision which im not sure if i agree with but ... anyway

they made me go to the police dept. and they said they have to have animal control find the dog and quarantine it for 10 days D :

tomorrow they are taking me to get rabies shots .

i know that the chance of a pet dog having rabies is very very slim , so i am finding this all tedious embarrassing and a overall hassle

are they gonna make me have to find the dog again and see the face of the owners when their dog is taken away for 10 days ,

i didn't want this to happen .

i feel like my parents are being hypochondriacs.
