I have him for the weekend and i am just trying to help him but i am stuck.

like what types of diets, exercise etc.

So to lose weight effectively and keep it off, all i have to do is eat 5 to 6 small meals a day and exercise. Because I have been trying all types of stuff so i hope this is finally right.

My friend danny said 2,600 but that seems like way to much to me, shouldn't they be eating less.

i had a 3.2 g.p.a and i was on the deans list and i am in the national honor society......but as of last semester my g.p.a dropped to a 2.8 because i went under a lot of stress from the death of my brother....and now i just hope i can transfer schools........their website says that your g.p.a for transfers only need to be a 2.0 but unc chapel hill is very selective so you guys please tell me what you think

ok so i got accepted to go to pace university for this term the spring term but i didn't go because my nosey aunt told my grandma not to let me go......and i was kinda pissed because i love new york city and i wanna go to school there and experience this opportunity of a life time.....So now my grandma won't let me go but.......i plan on going up there in the fall for school regardless of them agreeing with me or not i'm 21 will be 22 in august and i think it's time i do what i want to do and go live my life..............SO MY QUESTION TO YOU IS WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS

located directly in manhattan or in harlem....... and are there any night clubs and entertainment located near it. because i just recently got accepted to both Pace university and CCny........but if CCny is not directly located in manhattan i will go to Pace because i really want to experience the city life.

i'm young and i'm over weight and i try and try to diet but it doesn't work because i don't know how to eat right..... i come from a family that never taught me how to eat right. so i on't know how to begin to start.

i tried skipping meals to just not eating period.Someone please help me thank you in advance.
