We all see them in America, the people holding the signs "homeless...will work for food". I am curious to learn how much someone would make in panhandle donations per day on an average street corner. Let's be sensitive to people who are homeless and have little. Does anyone have an accurate answer? Please indicate your substantial reasons for your answer. Thanks for the answer. I will select a best answer upon conclusion.

I composed this colorful and intelligent answer for a guy who wanted to know how to meet chicks...and then the question got deleted on me! Is it ok to post the answer I have composed below? This is good stuff here - I'd hate to waste it!

Men can learn to speak "womenese", but we never really master it...I hate to toot my own horn, but I am a hot guy in great shape and never have a hard time meeting chicks. But I'm 43 and have had some time to learn about the most wonderful beings in the universe...and yes, I do tend to pander on occasion.

You have to be comfortable around girls and never rush them. Be aloof a bit, too. Girls are like puppies. If you chase a puppy, what happens? Puppy runs! If you run from a puppy, what happens? Puppy chases YOU! But you have to be careful not to run too far or too fast or puppy will tire, become distracted and chase another who really wants to play with her.

Women are just something wonderful...

Let's also keep in mind that you cannot be a jerk or a jagoff douche to them...showing out for friends is a sure way to turn them off. Be respectful, courteous, clean and well mannered, but don't try too hard. If you're young, good looking and in shape, don't sweat it, the girls will come to you. You just need to pay attention and become uber aware of them...

One extra glance, nice comment or smile...

And I move - If I am interested, I say, "hi" or another short and kind comment about something irrelevant to open her up. From there I listen...learn how to do that.

Ego is good, but too much - arrogance - is not. Confidence is what matters and you don't have to force it. A man is confident or not. Simply put, if you are interested in a girl, just say "hi" to her. If you are in the same school or class, she will know you if she wants to know you. Take your time and if today is just a "hi", then kewl. Let her come to you...

And don't care one iota if she rejects you. Fortunately, there a millions of girls out there. You'll never keep any one forever anyhow. Maybe you will, but you probably aren't old enough to look for that. Have some fun! When you see a girl that pays you ANY kind of "more-than-normal" attention (smiles, giggles, flirts, looks away but looks back when you don't see), just say hi.

You also have to know that even good looking men may not find too many overtures of interests from women - we get some, but it's not like a good looking girl. I can assure you that a pretty girl gets hit on all day, every day, everywhere she goes. It's common for a girl to have to reject men because there are so many who hit on her incessantly (am I right here, girls?). That said, I must reiterate that you pay attention. Girls are subtle because if they give one extra even slight acknowledgment of a man, he will swoop on her like a hawk to a lamb...

But she will give a sign if she's interested...you just have to say "hi" to her.

I bake a standard New York cheesecake for my friends and family for the holidays, and there are occasion when the top splits. What can be done to minimize this or to prevent it entirely? Please know that I let my ingredients come up to room temp prior to mixing. The size I make is 9".

Well, it seems as if even I, the most indifferent of all curmudgeons, have looked at this.

Any help? This started today and I have some type of invasion. Are there any free programs that eradicate this stuff? I have used Malwarebytes reliably in the past on other computers. I have installed it on another computer today to get rid of whatever this is, but I cannot get it to run. Any help is appreciated!

Remember Dialpad? They were great bout yahoo bought them. I know gmail has this, but who knows how long it will be free. Any suggestions?
