Why can't I play games on my laptop?
Every time I try to play left 4 dead 2, the program stops responding and my computer closes it; same thing happens with portal 2 and alien swarm, the thing is that I used to be able to play these games in my laptop, but somehow they all stopped working... I tried updating my drivers and the problem persisted.

I couldn't use my ps3 for a month or two, so I downloaded the update and all, but when I go to the psn store, the welcome back package isn't there! Is there a way I can get my free stuff??? It's not my fault I couldn't use my ps3 for a long time...
