Car finance repayment?
My car loan commenced in 2005 at 46k n current balance is 19k. I cant afford to continue payment,now jobless. Hv approached Bank concerned n they hv suggested I return the car to them and face being BLACKLISTED. I will hv to pay the diff in market value of 6K.
Any way I can overcome this, I hv been an active client of this bank n am maintaining a housing loan which is serviced promptly.

courts trials post phoned for varied reasons upon an application by lawyers but concerned client is left out of the decision. Courts should be restricted to allow undue delays and clients need be informed of the it in writing with reasons.
