In times like these there is a hurt
When words aren’t enough to stop the pain
There are endless tears of turmoil
And nothing that is said will stop the rain
Inside the confusion lurks an anger
That no words of sorrow may diffuse
Riding through this storm of grief
Any evident relief seems at refuse
Only time will heal the wounds
And liberate from unending despair
love and friendship will ease the anguish
your beloveds soul is in my prayer
