My dog found it on the floor by our back door, which we had open today to let some fresh air in. It isn't moving a lot, and I've been trying to find it on some sites, but really can't. Put it in a jar with a little leaf.

I heard this song at work yesterday, and I was only able to take down these lyrics. "...when the sun goes down...when you're not around..."

It isn't the Arctic Monkeys! It's a male singer yes, but totally not the Arctic Monkeys, and yet that's the only thing google brings up. I want to say it was a rock-ish acoustic, almost Simon and Garfunkel sounding.

Well, this is the second stepmother I've had. My dad's other wife was an alcoholic as well as my dad and they had a lot of problems they divorced around six years ago and my dad has quit his alcoholic ways. He's gotten much better and owns his own business, and has now remarried with a younger woman. I was fine with her and she seemed really nice and right for my dad, but ever since my grandfather's passing she has gotten steadily worse.

My stepmom has had a lot of bad events in her past. She got mixed up with drugs and gangs and was shot three times. It's nearly impossible for her to stay pregnant. She's had several miscarriages and after my grandfather's passing that seemed to be the last straw. She is self medicating with alcohol and marijuana. She and my dad have fights weekly and she tells him that he's worthless and all that. My dad has four kids, including me, my sister and two brothers. She says she hates us, and constantly tells my dad that we treat her "like ****". I don't have a lot in common with her, but I always try my best to be polite and nice. Lately, she is hardly ever in the house, and I don't see her everyday. She is now telling my dad that I am rude to her behind his back and that I disrespect her.

How do I deal with this situation? Should I just wait around and let my dad handle it?

Ok, this is about my dad's Window XP desktop, which definitely has to be wandering around four or five years old. My dad, my stepmom, and my brother are not computer people, and frequently have gotten the computer infected with fake antivirus programs and the like. I've gone through all that, fixed the computer up and it was working fine when I had my attention on it. However, after being away from the house, I come back one morning and the mouse suddenly does not work. All of a sudden, these was this "run.dll" kind of message that would appear when I sign in. Somehow, I thought the mouse driver had been deleted. Trying to sign in to my user, it seemed to stall, so I thought shutting it down and turning it back on would solve the problem.

It only made it worse. Turning on the computer, we come to the Dell boot up screen, and once the computer gets past that, the screen is black. It does nothing. The computer itself is totally silent except for the fan. I'm wondering if it's the hardrive that just totally crashed or something else. Perhaps there's a way to troubleshoot it? Please, I've got some important work on there, as well as family vacation pictures.

there's this car commercial from a while back. I forget the model, but it has this song on it that was kinda electronica, with a woman singing. It said something along the lines of "just believe" or something like that.

Well, ever since I was little (soon to be 18) I've always had severe issues with what people think about me. Especially after a social situation. If I meet new people, afterward I'm always thinking "why did I say that" or, "did they think my laugh was odd" or "did they think something is wrong with the way I talk" or "did they have an issue with the way I look/ed". Not only that, but I've had several embarrassing past experiences. Some so embarrassing that I feel like I need to hit myself to make it go away.

I'm terrified of answering the phone-- even speaking to my relatives I get very nervous and nearly feel physically sick.

My dad came to visit me for my graduation. I was so terrified of him embarrassing me that I nearly vomited.

Of course, I know these kinds of thoughts are ridiculous, but for some reason, I can't get rid of them.

I'm afraid to say things, I'm afraid to do things. I'm afraid of losing control of my body and embarrassing myself. In example, there was once a song I loved and a friend was playing it in his dorm on our senior trip. I started to dance. I felt so embarrassed that I let loose that I can't even listen to the song anymore without thinking about the embarrassing way I danced.

It's like, right afterward (an hour, maybe a day) I do something or a little out of my shell, I'll beat myself up for it for much longer (years).

I'm only 18 and don't have insurance. Should I ask my parents?

I haven't been sexually active in 6 months and my period should be coming in a few days. I discovered this brown, weird discharge, in the bathroom. I wanted to investigate, so I got into the shower. I looked around a bit and it's gooey a little too. It also kind of looked like what I have during my period when pieces of the egg and the walls of my uvula come out. I've never had this before and it's really freaking me.

I have no pains, no symptoms whatsoever. Just this weird brown stuff.

Ok, so I'm trying to get a regular jpeg image onto my desktop. It's size is 667 by 500 pixels, however when I set it as my desktop background, it stretches to 1200 by 800 pixels. I already have the settings to Center and NOT Stretch, which means it should be shown at its regular size. I've changed and format and size several times, but with the same result.

What's the issue?

Well, I've been trying to get healthier and for the past two weeks I've changed my diet to mostly vegetables like spinach, red and green pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions, fruit like apples, oranges, pears, pineapples, meat that's mostly chicken and eggs, and wheat and oats. I've also been exercising on week days for about an hour and a half every weekday.

So, for the past two days I've been passing gas (a lot more frequently) and pooping (for lack of a better word) has gone up from one to two times a day.

Is this just because of my change in diet or is it something more?

Ok there's this video that came out last year that I really liked and I would like to see it again but I don't remember who sang it or the name of the song.

The video had this girl in gothic clothes with an umbrella and mini top hat on the side of her head. Kind of like a tutu and she was in these big platform shoes.

I don't remember much else besides it was kind of pop music kind of dance music.

Okay, I usually know the name of this song, but for some reason I don't know it. It's this eighties song and the name features a classical musician's name either Beethoven or Mozart and it's a pop/rock song and it's swingin... I wish I could remember more besides the video including a lot of victorian people in techno colored powdered wigs and the singer is dancing on a table.

Well, I've never used them in the year that I've been doing photoshop. If anything I use the filters.

Which brings on another question, is it possible to use textures in filters as well?

Okay, I know this is vague, but I remember this old hip hop rap song that had an indian sounding sample to it and there was a girl singing the rest of it.

Now she's telling me these horrible things about starving herself, killing herself, hating herself. I am not sure what to say anymore because I don't want to say anything harsh. She does nothing in her fear of being judged but then she has nothing to occupy her mind from all the horrible things that have happened to her her whole life. I don't know what to say anymore.

Well, my stepmother's nine year old pit has had surgery about a month ago on her hip. Well, the vet said give the dog a month and it's been and she still refuses to use her leg *unless* she's very excited. Then she'll do little steps on it. Anyways, we've been giving her massages daily yet no progress. What should we do at home?

Anyways, I just inked a large portrait and I was plannin to watercolor over it. But before I do so, I wanted to ask if it was okay to watercolor over Ultra Fine Sharpie. It's a twin tip, but that effects nothing.

So, will I be able to watercolor over permanent marker without it leaking/bleeding?

Well, this has started recently with my brand new laptop. Even when typing short things like my password&username it either skips letters or somehow goes back a line and begins to type in between words. Is this a serious problem?
