One of my roommates has been using torrenting services to illegally download things. We've had a talk about stopping (lost our internet before due to this) but he doesn't see the risk. Since he can't keep from the temptation we need to remove it. Normally I would block ports and set up QoS but the PK5000 (Centurylink) router doesn't have a straight forward interface. I don't want to punish my non-downloading roommate by prioritizing bandwidth either. Does anyone know how to set this particular router up to more-or-less effectively block torrenting?

I'm not sure if I'm going to be fired but I do eventually plan leaving. However, I did a great deal of artwork used there under no contract both on and off the clock, is it within my right in Iowa to get that back?

I have a 26" HD Samsung and I've noticed that when I play PS3 or Wii for any more than about 30 minutes my eyes hurt. This happens both during the day and at night. However when I play any PC games I can play for 4+ hours with no eye irritation at all.

I took a trip down the stairs a week and a half ago and sprained my ankle. I treated the ankle accordingly alternating ice/heat and staying off it but my foot is still swollen and puffy. There is no bruising or pain when I squeeze my foot but I wonder why my whole foot is still swollen?

It started about a week ago. Close to about 12am when I'm about ready to lie down and go to sleep, my heart seems to feel off. Like I'm riding a roller coaster or on a swing. I don't notice anything about an off beat till I lay down. This normally goes away during sleep, but today stuck around along with soreness in my left arm. (I do sleep on that arm often though and the soreness is slowly going away along with the funny feeling).

I don't drink caffiene and have started eating healthier. Thanks to our lacking health care system I can't afford to even see a doctor let alone the tests. I also have nervous fits (nausea, high blood pressure, ect) when I see even the mildest of doctors. I've had a fear of doctors since I was a kid :( probably due to an incredibly low tolerance of pain.

I don't feel stressed out, or at least not as much as I've been before. Can anyone help me?

I am looking to transform my 55 gal aquarium into a more suitable habitat for amphibians. I plan to add a small rock platform and add a waterfall. I would like it to remain 80% water though with a small land area.

What I would like to know is what is a good aquatic species of animal to add to this tank? I do not want African Clawed Frogs (I have one, and this tank will also have fish and ACFs devour fish). I am looking for something hardy, that requires little maintance. Thank you for your help.

For some reason today my stomach hurts terribly, but only when I stand up. When I'm sitting, only mild discomfort, and when I'm laying down I feel fine. I haven't eaten anything today that I don't normally eat. I know it's not appendicitis since that hurts when you touch the area but I'm curious as to why this is happening.

For some reason, when I drink soda (even one can) I get diarrhea very badly. This happens with no other food or drink. Not juice not any other sugary drink. I don't really want to fork the doctor bill for this was wondering if anyone else had the same problem?
