I know for certain that I am bisexual,and I live with my dad,I feel like I cannot talk to him anyway about anything,I moved away from my mum,who now lives in Canada.i thought that one day it would slip into a conversation but it isn't that easy,help?is there anyway that I can tell him?

I suffered from trichotillomania just after my mum passed away (age 9) and I'm 17 now I have just managed to stop the urge to pull my hair out,I only pulled from my eyelashes and eyebrows though,my eyelashes are at a decent length so I can put on mascara now, but my eyebrows however aren't growing back very well at all, are there any ways to speed up the growing process or will they not grow back?

Ok,so there is a guy at my school and everyone calls him names and he added me on Facebook telling me he likes me and he thinks I'm pretty,he is so ugly but one of the funniest and nicest people I know,he asked me out and I don't know what to do,shall I just ignore the fact he's ugly?
