Ok so I havent had sex or even like touched a guy for 2 months the only sexual thing I do is use my moms vibrator but that not in me. I had my first period december 7 (i was 15) and I Have been spotting either brownish or pinkish for the last week (march) I would feel sick randomly and i would get sore in my groin inner thigh area. I do not know whats wrong with me but I just now I havent had my period and I feel terrible because I would keep feeling sick and I wanna cry. I never really had cramps its just a little soreness. But do you have any advice or know what this can be

So around sunday my mom found out she had the stomach bug and then on wednesday she got really sick and is throwing up a bunch. Could this be because her immune system was already low cause of the UTI. Also i was at her house and tried to stay away so how likely is it that my brothers and I will get the bug. She was in the living room and we tried to stay near the door a and not touch her and just grab our bags. Im just really scared of getting sick and i dont want to get the stomach bug cause im terrified of vomitting.

so yesterday she took me to school everything was find and later that day she kept throwing up and throwing up so my dad picked me up from trick or treating with friends. We went to go get my stuff from my moms i tried not to get near her and tried to breathe through my shirt which slipped a couple times and today we also visited and im super scared and dont want to get the stomach bug, do you think im okay because i didnt go hug or kiss her i tried to stay near the entrance of the appartment and she was in the living room.

so around wednesday night i kissed and shared drinks with my bf who 5 hours later was throwing up with the stomach bug and is still sick. It is now Sunday almost evening, am i okay is it unlikely i will get sick because i kissed him before he showed signs and it has been more than 72 hours. I am asking because I am terrified of vomiting, the first 2 days i was freaking out so much that during school i thought I was going to get sick because I was so anxious which made me even more anxious that i had to run out of class.

So last night I shared drinks with him and made out with him and the next day (today) he had to stay home from school cause his stomach was messed up and I’m afraid I’m going to get the stomach bug. I’m terrified of vomiting and currently freaking out. Am I ok how do I make sure I’m ok. He’s resting so I don’t know if it’s full blown stomach bug or something he ate but prepare for the worst. What do I doooo

So a couple nights ago I drank some of Thomas Delaur's green detox mix and yesterday i kept getting stomach cramps and my stomach feels bloated and gassy. I didnt poop more than normal but it feels like i have a bunch of built up gas Is it from the detox drink because it has a ton of greens in it. Is it normal for detox drinks to cause gas and cramping?

So friday i ate banana and peanut butter for breakfast and 2 apples throughout the day and some whole grain goldfish and a whopper jr with fries.

Normally I dont eat this much fruit and the next morning I felt like i had to poop really bad and it was super soft and fluffy and separated. most of the time i only eat carbs protein and dairy maybe some fruit so could i have just surprised my gut with this extra fiber and that caused my almost diarrhea.

so i am eating my pistacios and it doesnt expire til mid july but quite a bit taste bad like 4 out of 9 or so it is still good because it is not expired and the package was not popped plus it is loaded with salt

If you stand instead of sit i heard you burn more calories and if you tighten your core you are working out the muscle making your stomach flatter and burn more calories

So i was wondering how i can make my stomach flatter without exercising since my finals are coming up and i dont have time. I was wondering if making sure i always sit up straight or stand up straight will that make my core tighter or just standing instead of sitting

My step mom woke up this morning and she was nauseous and she was also tired, i dont think she has vomitted and she looks better after sleeping... my dad said that if she had the flu she would be barfing and having diarrhea which i dont think she has had either... i was so scared earlier that i was literally making myself sick... do you think she has the flu, i got my vaccine and yesterday luckily i had a fruit and vegetable smoothie along with a Naked Blueberry smoothie

so i slack on fruits and vegetables but eat plenty of the other three food groups and im pretty sure this makes my body week and dizzy since i dont eat right. But then i ate some mac and cheese and hot wings and 2 hours later got dizzy again WHHY also most of the time at school after breakfast i get dizzy and my lunch class i am dizzy i do not understand

it was dry so im assuming it had been there for a could of days but i am scared i am going to get sick cause i touched it then ate my icecream am i going to get sick

Influenza is a respritory virus then why do people get nauseous. And if you get the flu does it mean that one of your symptoms WILL BE vomitting

this morning i feel achy and just bleh like not good is it from all the junk food last night... if you google triple fudge brownie panera you will see its just chocolate

and i had pocky... i didnt even eat dinner so can that make me feel like crap this morning. I also think allergies are hitting me cause there is drainage in my throat and ears and i have a dry cough and scratchish throat

i have heard diarrhea happening from amoxicillin but can it happen from cefdinir another type of antibiotics

I was around my brother for the days before he had a fever and now he has a fever and im freaking out im afraid my other siblings and i will get sick IM SO SCARED PLEASE HELP
