My current drivers license was issued in Georgia. I recently got married and am ready to change my last name and update to a Texas license. Will I need to retake my driving test?

We have a fairly long plane ride, especially for a 19-month-old. I was wondering, what kinds of things would keep her happy during our flight? All I can think of is paper and pencils. Can anyone give me any other fun ideas for a young child, please? Thanks!

On Skype, whenever your settings are low for video/audio or whatever, this horrible sound comes on. I get a headache every time I hear it. Can anyone give me instructions on how to mute, or at least change, that God-awful beeping? Please help me!!

So, I start college on May 18. I don't have Microsoft Office on my computer. The college that I am attending requires me to have Microsoft Office. Will the Pell Grant be sent to me, so that I can afford Microsoft Office or am I going to have to buy this out of my own pocket? Thank you.
