At night when I lay down, I get this annoying tickling feeling in my throat and it makes me cough, sometimes up to a minute of straight coughing. I have a very subtle, quiet wheeze but nothing major. No rasp in my lungs but I do have sinus congestion. This only happens at night after I lay down. I get up, so I dont wake my fiance, but it wont go away. Its not constant, maybe every 2 to 3 minutes and last about 1 to 2 minutes with every exhale. I can control it enough to eventually fall asleep but once I am dozing off I start coughing and wake up. Please help, I need to remedy this asap so I can start getting some sleep again. Thank you.

My kids Grandparents have legal custody of my kids. If my children are dropped off in my care, can I keep them from them and then take it to civil court?

I am a mother of 2 girls age 7 and 8. I lost custody of my kids in 2009 due to poor living condition and drug abuse. Their fathers parents were granted legal custody in 2010. I had since finished everything on my case plan and then some. I have cleaned myself up and gotten my own place and have well maintained it. I feel that I am in the position to regain custody of my children and have filed for custody. I have been to a pre trial and the judge had stated I need to show extenuating circumstances and that the children would be better off with me. She also made clear that I have to show the grandparents are unfit. Ex: They are getting divorced, they are abusing the children etc. I do not want to sling mud at their grandparents and just want to regain custody. I was told later by the grandfather he is willing to give me custody if I move back to the city they (grandparents) live in. I do not believe I need to up root myself and my fiance's family to prove I can care for my kids. Does anyone believe I can win a case against them without evidence they are unfit for my children?

I have been going through hundreds of songs trying to find a song to put in my home movie of my children. I am currently going through a custody battle to regain custody of them. I want something beautiful sounding, yet meaningful for what Im going through. Any genre will do, although I would like to keep it somewhat mellow and not too sad. I would like some suggestions of some more recent music. I have listen to lots of bob dylan, bon jovi, jack johnson, the fray, lady antebellum...etc. I have found a couple I like but none with the length Im looking for. I need something at least 6 minutes long or longer. Please help.

I got a bf that loves computers and everything about them. Hes a know it all, sometimes kinda cocky, he dont eat candy and he never wants anything short of a hi tech gadget. What on earth do i get him for valentines day??

It also has a problem with the gas pedal sticking when i first take off and it shakes a bit while driving down the road. Its a 93 ford tempo. Any one have any ideas? Also the speedometer don't work no more. Please help. Any info on these would be helpful. Especially the chugging. It worries me.
