Which cheap prepaid plan should I get? Tracfone vs. Ptel vs. Ting vs. Zact?
Which prepaid cheap plan would be the best for me? I want a low end android and will use about 30 minutes of calling, 500 texts, and no data. Should I go with Tracfone, Platinumtel, Ting, Zact, or other. I'd like to pay $15/mo. Or less. I was leaning towards Zact, but I don't really know and would like to know what you think. Thanks!
