I have a sensitive stomach, are there any supplements I can take to help it out?
I don't have IBS or anything seriously debilitating, but my stomach still gets upset more often than the average person. I've gone to the doctor before, and they always say it's IBS and try to get me on some pills, which I don't want! If it helps, here's my diet:
I mostly eat veggies, grains, some fruits, and organic/gluten free snacks. Plus I only drink water, sometimes almond milk. I don't like consuming tons of sugar, I can't eat dairy, I don't like fast food, and am not a big fan of sweets...I don't think it could be my diet?
Are there any over the counter supplements I could take to help my stomach out? Is anyone like me and has any suggestions? I think the problem is my digestive system so I was thinking maybe probiotics would help? Or some type of herbal tea/powder/seeds to mix into foods/drinks while I'm eating or throughout the day?
