I am looking at possibly buying a house in this subdivision. It is relatively newer area and I don't know much about it. Every time I have been by to look at the house as it progresses in construction, I notice only black people around, although there aren't many people out and about at all. I am not prejudiced, but am a single white female who will live alone and do not want to be the only white person in the area. I don't care if it's mostly black, just want to know if any white people live there! Does anyone know anything about this subdivision? Some of the homes further back are about 5 years old. Thanks!
