I keep hearing a song I thought was sung by Nickelback. The words go something like "on the wings of a hero" I think? I've searched and can't find it. Anyone know??

There's a song that goes back to 70's maybe 80's? It has the name Aleya (sp?) in it? I don't know it's spelled correct or if it's the name of the song. But the singer drags it out with the 3 syllabels. I don't the artist either. Anyone know this song? I tried a search by the name and cam up with nothing. Thanks!!

I heard a song and can't remember if it's from the 70's or 80's and have searched in vain for the title and artist. The words are "save my life, I'm going down for the last time". It almost sounds like Uriah Heap to me, but it isn't. Does anyone know this song? Thanks to all for your help!

I only heard a few words of it - something like "when you cried I wiped your tears, when you were scared I held you" It's by a woman - I thought it sounded like Jewel but it's not her. It's a very deep, very intense song. I'd be forever grateful if you can help! Thx!
