  • Thoughts on trade?

    14 Team PPR keeper league

    My pre trades line up:

    QB. Russell Wilson

    RB. Giovani Bernard

    RB/WR Montee Ball

    WR. Randal Cobb

    WR. Pierre Garçon

    TE. Jimmy Graham

    FLEX. Greg Olsen

    Bench. Bishop Sankey

    Bench. Lamar Miller

    Bench. Kendal Wright

    Bench. Reuben Randal

    Bench. Josh Gordon

    Bench. Devotee Freeman

    Bench. James Jones

So my phone blew up Wednesday with guys wanting Lamar Miller who I've been shopping since his solid week one effort and decent game last week. I had one guy offer me Lacey and Niles Paul for Miller and Olsen. I'm a huge Packers fan and have been trying to get Lacey from this owner since last year. Another owner offered me Arian Foster, Alfred Blue, and Percy Harvin (Harvin being another player I've really wanted, I like pairing my QB with his top WR) for Miller and James Jones. I went back to the Lacy owner and told him my other offer and asked if he'd be willing to make that trade, but replace Miller with the Houston guys. He was so I pulled the trigger on the Harvin trade, and dropped Freeman to make room for incoming players. Due to the one day wait period, I realized I couldn't trade for Niles Paul's due to him playing Thursday. The Lacy owner told me he had to drop a RB anyway to make room on his roster, so he offered Andre Ellington and the trade was made Friday morning. Freeing up space for me to pick up Bridgewater.

So I pretty much traded Miller, Jones and Olsen for Harvin, Lacy, and Ellington.

    Good move?

  • Cam Newton and Pierre Garcon for Vick and Graham...?

I'm the Cam owner... and Its Jimmy Graham.

It is PPR and Vick would be my number 2 QB. You can play a second QB in the offensive Player utility sport.

    My line up is currently

    QB RG3

    RB McFadden

RB Doug Martin (or Mendenhall based on the match up)

    WR Brandon Marshall

    WR D. THomas

TE Fred Davis (or J Cook based on matchup)

OP usually Cam Newton or mathcup based TE,WR or RB

  • Trade Vick for RG3??? Best answer will be picked tonight!?

Have Vick in a keeper league (you keep 3 players every year). He's been injured in both preseason games and has never played a full season since something like 2005. The league I have him in also has an Offensive Player Utility spot (QB,RB,WR,or TE), so it is practically a 2 quarterback league. I have Locker and Palmer. I really like RG3 as possibly my keeper for the next several years. The trade is Vick and Mendenhall (who I drafted in the 14th round) for RG3. I might try to get him to throw in Blackmon from Jacksonville, but I don't know if he will...

  • Who should I start in my FLEX this week? Just real quick answer, I'll choose the best Sunday after the games.?

    16 Team PPR format...

Here is my starting line up...

QB Michael Vick, Phi QB @Mia

RB Chris Johnson, Ten RB NO

RB Ahmad Bradshaw, NYG RB @Dal

    FLEX ***EMPTY***

WR Hakeem Nicks, NYG WR @Dal

WR Steve Johnson, Buf WR @SD

TE Jermichael Finley, GB TE Oak

    D/ST Packers D/ST D/ST Oak

    K Neil Rackers, Hou K @Cin

My options for the FLEX are...

Reggie Wayne @ B-more (B-More is brutal, but the Colts are going to throw A LOT!)

Steven Jackson @Seatle (He's kinda sucked the last couple of weeks.)

DeSean Jackson @Miami (He has also sucked, but I like the fact Vick is back.)

Brandon Saine at home against Oakland (Picked him up on a hunch. If Starks sits, he might be a sneaky start, because Grant has sucked.)

I'll choose the best answer after the games and whoever scored the highest.

  • Trade a good movie for my team?

    Here's the trade...

Receive Rob Gronkowski, NE TE from Seahawks to Bench

Send Steve Johnson, Buf WR from WR to Seahawks

Send Earl Bennett, Chi WR from Bench to Seahawks

Send Felix Jones, Dal RB from Bench to Seahawks

I'm the one getting Rob Gronkowski. Its a 16 team PPR keeper league (You keep 3 from year to year.)

You can also play a tight end in the FLEX spot.

    Here is my current team...

    QB Vince Young, Phi QB

    RB Chris Johnson, Ten RB

    RB Steven Jackson, StL RB

    FLEX DeSean Jackson, Phi WR

    WR Hakeem Nicks, NYG WR

    WR Steve Johnson, Buf WR

    TE Jermichael Finley, GB TE

    D/ST Packers D/ST D/ST

    * * * * * BENCH * * * * *

    Michael Vick, Phi QB

    Andre Johnson, Hou WR

    Ahmad Bradshaw*, NYG RB

    Sidney Rice, Sea WR

    Christian Ponder, Min QB

    Earl Bennett, Chi WR

    Felix Jones, Dal RB

    Reggie Wayne, Ind WR

And yes, we have kickers. I dropped mine to pick up Reggie Wayne thinking I could trade him next year at the draft for a 5th or 6th rounder.

  • Trade Andre Johnson for Larry Fitzgerrald?

This is a 16 Team PPR where the team carries over each year and you can keep 3 players (I usually keep a QB, RB, and a WR). The nice thing about only keeping 3, is I can trade away some of the other players (mostly the RBs) for higher picks in next years draft.

    Here is my current team...

    QB Vince Young, Phi QB

    RB Chris Johnson, Ten RB

    RB Steven Jackson, StL RB

    FLEX DeSean Jackson, Phi WR

    WR Hakeem Nicks, NYG WR

    WR Steve Johnson, Buf WR

    TE Jermichael Finley, GB TE

    D/ST Packers D/ST D/ST

    K Neil Rackers, Hou K

    * * * * * BENCH * * * * *

    Michael Vick, Phi QB

    Andre Johnson, Hou WR

    Ahmad Bradshaw*, NYG RB

    Sidney Rice, Sea WR

    Christian Ponder, Min QB

    Earl Bennett, Chi WR

    Felix Jones, Dal RB

Should I trade Andre Johnson for Larryfitzgerald?

Who do you think I should package away and trade two guys for a much better player?

And which player do you think I should target?

Also, I need to figure out which 3 to keep. Last year I kept Vick, Andre Johnson, and CJ2K. I've been pretty stressed about AJ's injuries this year.

  • Got a trade proposal and would like some opinions...?

SEA trades Reggie Bush, Mia RB to Packers

SEA trades Mike Wallace, Pit WR to Packers

SEA trades Rob Gronkowski, NE TE to Packers

GB trades Andre Johnson, Buf WR to Seahawks

GB trades Leonard Hankerson, Wsh WR to Seahawks

GB trades Kevin Faulk*, NE RB to Seahawks

GB trades Ahmad Bradshaw, NYG RB to Seahawks

I am the Packers, so I would be getting Mike Wallace, Bush, and Gronkowski.

This is my current team and I am 7-1 on the season (8-1 after Vick tears it up tonight.)

    QB Michael Vick, Phi QB

    RB Chris Johnson, Ten RB

    RB Steven Jackson, StL RB

    FLEX Sidney Rice, Sea WR

    WR Steve Johnson, Buf WR

    WR Leonard Hankerson, Wsh WR

    TE Jermichael Finley, GB TE

    D/ST Packers D/ST D/ST

    K Mike Nugent, Cin K

    Bench Andre Johnson, Hou WR

    Bench Hakeem Nicks*, NYG WR

    Bench Christian Ponder, Min QB

    Bench Steve Breaston, KC WR

    Bench Delone Carter, Ind RB

    Bench Kevin Faulk*, NE RB

    Bench T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Oak WR

    IR Ahmad Bradshaw, NYG RB

You can start two tight ends, because there is a FLEX spot (TE,RB, or WR). This is a 16 team PPR.

I thought if I make this trade, I would trade the guy who really needs a TE and offer him Steve Johnson, Gronkowski, and Bush for Greg Jenning (Green Bay WR) and Ryan Matthews (San Diego RB).

I am getting frustrated with Andre Johnson and he's an injury risk.
