How should I invest my 401k? Hi I'm 29 and want to start my 401k, I plan on contributing $200 a month and the company I work for will match 50% up to 5% of the pay I put in. I don't know if I said that right lol. Thanks for the help, this is with Fidelity. I wish I could put more, but I have to put $100 in each of my children's 529 account. I have 2 babies (a 3 year old and 10 month old).

How do I know if I am elgiblie for the first time buyer credit? I was given 2 homes in 2006. I have never lived at either locations within the last 7 years. One house was my fathers and he put it in my name and it was given to me for $0.00. The other was my mothers house and it was given to me for $0.00. I pay the taxes for each of the homes and they are rented out - they are not listed as my HOMESTEAD homes, so I don't get the little tax break on property taxes for it being my home nor is my drivers license have either address. I started renting both homes this year, 2009. I just started renting becuase both homes needed repairs before someone could move in. I am renting at another home.. Now, I would like to purchase a home for myself. Do you think I qualify? I emailed a tax preparer, but would like to get more than 1 person's answer.

I just had a baby on Jan 21st 09. I am a healthy mother age 29. I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and now a son. Yesterday I noticed some white discharge and then last night I had protected sex with my husband, except his condom broke completely and he totally finished inside me (his sperm/semen). I had my last period on May 11. I hear that when you just have a baby your chances are greater than if you haven't been pregnant in a few months/year. Do you think I am pregnant?

We live in Texas. My son will be 2 in September of this year. I have a paternity test and birth certificate with my Ex's signature showing he is the father. He is making over $100,000 a year and has 2 sons with his ex who he pays child support for. he has never paid child support for my son except a check he gave me for 300 last week. Then he emailed me and said the 300 should cover the past child support and that I would not be able to go to any Attorney General's office and pled that he didn't give me child support. Is that true?
