By measurement system I mean... did they use feet, miles, etc?

I've been searching for the answer to my question, but all I get is tutorials on how to graph (x,y,z) on the computer.

I know that there's an x, y, z axis, but where do you start and how do you move and so on and so forth? Thanks

I have a betta fish that was a gift from a friend a little less than a year ago. She had it for approximately a year. I have fed my fish twice a week for the past few months. Right now it has no energy and does not want to move. It just lies at the bottom in a corner. It does, however, move when the tank is tapped or shaken. Is it because the fish is too old? Or was it underfed?

How can I help my betta?
