  • what is Lowe's store policy on accepting tips/gratuities?

since i don't go so well with rejection, i'd better ask this to avoid it. I know it's not easy moving 20 pcs of 30lb-bricks from the shelves to the cart and to your car. Is the person helping out allowed to accept any tips?

  • is it possible for a fish to be narcoleptic?

i bought this fish and it seemed so different from the rest, one minute he is so hyper active unlike any other fishh i've seen then suddenly he stops still. i thought he just became tired but in the next two minutes he becomes hyper again and the same thing happens, i would tap his bowl and would not get any reaction from it as if it where in a deep sleep. i don't know. it's kinda cool to know that my fish has narcolepsy but is that even possible?

    btw, it's a betta /siamese fighting fish...

  • to kiss or not to?

this may sound so lame but i'm gonna ask for advice anyway. i have this guy friend who i have feelings to for so long, i don't know if he also does. i never asked. he is my closest guy friend and i regretted the day i had the chance to kiss him and didn't, but i swear it seemed as if he wanted to kiss me that night, we had a drink but i was still sober and he has a gf and i just broke up with mine. i value my principles you know. now for almost 3 years i'm gonna see him again. i decided to have that kiss, and i'm willing to take the risk of making the first move, (it also depends on our stat ) but i'm so scared about the awkward moment.... so what will i say or do???? so far i've anticipated his possible reactions:

    a. he kisses me back--- (all hopes are up...)

    b. he gives no reaction

    c. he gets mad

    d. he avoids the kiss

please just give me advice on what i should say, or tell me if im too crazy to do this....

  • my betta fish died. C.O.D.? coz im trying to save the other one.?

my fish suddenly turned over, i mean started swimming up-side down. he couldn't grasp for air coz his mouth is right under. he still can swim though but later i knew he would make it coz he started to slow down, i felt so helpless. then moments later he died. what's the cause of death? he's perfectly healthy, he used to look at me and follow my fingers back and forth i change his water &feed him regularly, i'm suspecting overfeeding but my little sisters wouldn't admit they fed the fish. i have another betta fish and i don't want him to die as well.
