Let me start by saying this is the first time in my life I may need to get an attorney to help handle a case. Long story short while visiting a local Texas school (I'm not a student) a lamp fell from a table hitting me on the head resulting in a visit to ER. Now I have several bills and school refuse to pay for saying I'm responsible for them. Do I have a case? Thank You for your assistance.

I was recently rearended on my vehicle and insurance company has started the settlement process. They agreed to pay for vehicle repairs, hospital bills and medications. This accident happened during Xmas time and due to strong back and neck pain I was given these strong medications and was unable to spend quality time with family and friends. During this time I was placed on a narcotic called Hydrocodone 325mg, Ibuprofen 800mg & high blood pressure meds. Insurance agent called to settle claim and offered $500 for the trouble. A coworker advised not to accept that low offer and advised me to counter offer for a better deal. I have never gone through anything like this before and considering I was not seriously injured what would be a good considerable counter offer I should request? Question for a relative of mine.

From mid May to late August she was employed part time at a local business but was forced to leave. Giving the short amount of time employed and been a stay home parent for the last decade would she qualify for unemployment? Thanks in advance.

With this bank I also have a car loan that I'm about to pay off in a few months and also have my mortgage thru them. I will try to settle the credit card debt but would they offer a settlement if I have a vehicle loan and a mortgage loan?

Howdy, this question is for those who have used this product only please. I need good acurate answeres from experienced users so I can make a decision and order them.

I recently had two new tires installed in my motorcycle and I get a strong vibration between 40-50. If I let go the handle bars it really shakes/vibrates. In speeds below 40 and after 50 it rides smooth just like when new. I took it back to the dealer where I had it installed and balanced and the tech said "oh that's very normal in cruisers" and wont rebalnce.

Do these dynabeads really work on all speeds? I tend to ride my cruiser very hard at times.

How about on curves? do they still provide a smooth ride?

I have a 2007 Pontiac G5 and the power steering is acting up. I have a little over 42k on it so its out of warranty. This power steering is electrical so no oil is needed and its only acting up every now and then. Does anyone here knows where is located so I can see if its loose or maybe fix it myself. Tks

I'm ready to file my 2008 tax and the first question they ask is if u got a stimulus rebate in 2008 and if you select yes then they ask how much. In my case my rebate was $1693 so I enter the info and finished the prep. Came back and selected NO and my refund was exactly $1693 more.

Didn't the goverment said it will not affect or count against the 2008 tax refund???

I'm being screwed by bank of america. For no reason they increased my 7.9 apr to 15.9 and will not bring it back. Again that's for no reason. Never late, over the limit or nothing. They said that it was becuase high cost of business.

What happens if I just don't pay them nothing? I have a house and the last thing I want is a lean on my morgage.

I'm selling some stuff online and a buyer fron Canada is very interested but offered to pay via paypal. I checked paypal but there are a few fees required to do this transaction and because his from Canada then there is another crossborder fee. What is the best way to handle something like this with out me or him sharing bank info and less fees?

Here at home I have free wireless internet on my laptop I guess from stilling the signal from one of my neighbors. Can this be done with my desktop by adding something like this 802.11g 54Mbps Wireless LAN PCI Adapter? I don't have a phone here at home so I want to know if I can still signal by adding this devise.

I just purchased a new Canon EOS 40D for a small photo business and need a flash for it. At my local store they only had the 580 EXII available for a little over $500. Then at a diff store they have the 430EX for about $300. Are there any other brands that are compatible with Canon EOS cameras and work as well? If not is the 430EX good enough? Again is for a small business but I don't need to have top of the line if its not needed. Thanks for your input.

Last night I removed one baffle from my Vulcan 900 Custom and today I will finish up the second one. My good friend with a VTX 1800 F helped me and he notice the big difference of sound on just a single exhaust that now he wants to do the same for his own stock pipes. I was able to find a web that took me step by step on how to remove mine but I'm unable to find one for honda.

Has anyone donde this on a 2006 Honda VTX 1800 F?

Is there a web that can show us step by step intructions?

And if you have done it how is the sound?

My 7 yr old computer is a Gateway Pentium 4 but since I upgraded to Win XP Profesional its really slow due to the memory. Since mine use a very expensive memory then I rather buy a new one with the new Win Vista.

I will only be using this new PC for basic needs like burning CD's, DVD's and surfing the web. My son will use it for some web games. Since I come from a pentium 4 and never really used it to the max do I really need another pentium? For my needs what pc would you remcomend and why?
