So, I only met this guy five days ago but we have hit it off pretty well. The first day I met him, I kissed him good bye and we talked on the phone for two hours the next day and a little over an hour the day after. I saw him again a few days after I met him and we acted like we were together. He shows a lot of signs that he's into me and he always mentions us being together eventually, once we get to really know each other. The other day I was having a sleepover with my friend, so when he called a couldn't really talk and I had to go. He seemed sad but I figured we would just talk later. I texted him after saying, I'll call you tomorrow, but he never responded so i didn't call the next day. Now it's the day after and we were supposed to hang out today but he hasn't texted me or called me at all, I'm confused because it seemed like he really liked me and I loved our conversations and the two times we hung out. I'm not sure if i made a mistake by not calling him, but he didn't even answer and i didn't want to bother him! ahh i really like him can you help?? i want to hang out with him and talk to him but I don't want to be annoying...

So tonight I met this cute employee at Mountasia and we flirted and talked for a little bit. At the end, I told him it was my last ride on the go carts, and he said that he thought I was cute and then gave me his number. Right now it's 10:40, and he gave it to me at around 10, so should i text him tonight or tomorrow? thanks(:

I'm doing mock trials and I'm a prosecuting lawyer. I'm really confused about how to respond to objections. After each one do I just say I'll rephrase the question? Also, what if their objection isn't true? I've heard responses like "witness giving state of mind" and stuff like that. I'm just not sure when to say it. Thanks so much! :)
