Im 5'9, 252lb male/18 years old. I've started eating healthier, but now I want to combine that with going to the gym. I really don't have a goal weight, I just really want to lose body fat. I'd also like to gain more muscle.

I'd like to know which days I should go the gym and what exercises I should focus on to obtain my goal. And should I take any supplements on the side?

This morning I called my dad and his speech was pretty slurred. I understood what he said but the way he talks is not normal. He said he probably had a stroke because he woke up in the middle of the night peeing himself. He also mentioned seeing colors. I went to see him right now... about 18 hours after he said his stroke happened. He can read and understand everything I say, but everything he is saying is slurred and he looks/feels weak. He insists that he is alright and he does not want me to take him to the hospital. He says that a few beers will help him feel better. I am really worried about him. I also live 30 minutes away from him so....I don't know what to do!! He lives my himself. Please any insight or suggestions would be appreciated!! thank you!

She's an adult terrier about 5 years. I heard chocolate is like poison for dogs and I found a half eaten chocolate power bar near her rest area. She probably ate it last night, so it's been around 12 hours...she seems fine though. She's up and playing around. Is she okay? What should I do?

Can I get a King size duvet cover set for a Queen size duvet? It's cause I found a set where the King size cost almost $20 less than the Queen size.

I have a Macbook Pro Mid-2009, 2.53ghz, 250gb hd, 2gb ram.

I just bought it off eBay and delivered today.

I also bought 8gb ram to install on it (Crucial 2-4gb sticks ddr3 - 1066 sodimm) bought off amazon for $80.

I took out the 2gb ram and installed the 8gb. I closed the back again and made sure are screws were put on right, but when I tried to boot up, it would come up as a grey screen, with a white circle with a slash, and would also flash with a folder with a "?" sign, and would also flash the apple logo. So I opened up the back to make sure everything was ok, and i even reinstalled the ram again, but when I boot up it still didn't work. So I installed the old ram (2gb) and it finally booted up. I hate the 2gb, everything is significantly slower now.

HELP!

I just bought a new laptop so the hard drive is clean and I keep all my files and docs on a seperate external hdd. I'm upgrading from a 250gb HDD to a 250gb SDD and when I look up installation videos on Youtube, there is a lot of backing up with "time machine" (I have a Macbook Pro). Question is, do I NEED to back up anything on my computer before I install the SDD? Thanks
