I make jam at home, and recently weighed out 500g of ingredients, when I had finished cooking I was left with about 300g. Is there any way I can stop losing so much of my produce?

I have just passed my Grade 7 piano and am looking for more classical pieces to learn. In the past I have played pieces such as, Nocturne Opus 9 no 2, Turkish March, Premiere Arabesque, Fur Elise etc.

I have just bought a machine from China that requires a 380v supply, I forgot to check this before buying, and am now wondering how I can step up the voltage safely.

I remember, before 2007/08 summers used to be gloriously sunny and warm from about May-September, with occasional thunderstorms but otherwise sun for weeks on end.

Now we have had the wettest June on record, and about 6 sunny days all year, does anyone know why this is?

I want to make small pots of jam for my grandchildren, as we often go on picnics and walks. I don't want to add sugar, are there any recipes that don't use sugar that arn't too pricey?
