1] They asked 12,000/- inclusive of deposit and other charges, but the deposit for single phase is already with the Electricity Department.

2] Apart from this amount they have asked us to put the board and install the metre & the three phase plug.

3] Also they have asked us to buy the cable to lay the wire,

4] The staff has given guide lines that

a] we have to pay 100/- for the person who puts the bill

b] 2000/- they will ask when they lay the cable, but you give them 1000/- [but the labour charges were included in the bill]

c] 2000 the A.E. will ask, you give him 1000/-

If a,b, c is given as bribe, then what for is the above 12,000/- paid and the deposit which is already given for single phase.

Can any one from the Government department guide me on this.
