If I received two 1099-C's for cancellation of debt, and were insolvent at the time I know I need to fill out form 982. I believ check boxes 1b and 1e and total the amount in line 2. Do I need to fill out section II if my liabilities were more than my assets.

I am using google keyword planner to find low cost keywords to pay for a campaign. Some of these keywords do not have a cost associated with them. When I place a bid I do not key any forecast traffic. Does that mean my bid won't go through?

I currently want to switch how much I claim on my W-4. I file 'married file jointly' although my wife is now a full time home mom :). I make $92,700/year and currently claim 1. I just had a second child so there is me, my wife, and my two kids. I know I am in the 25% tax bracket. I went to the irs website but I keep screwing up, it says I could claim 15!!! Between my mortgage deduction and everything I average about $5,000 - $7,000 a year on my tax return. I'd rather have that in my paycheck. Any help would be greatly appreciated! PS I was thinking I could claim 4 or 5, any ideas how much more I would get?

I currently have a Roth IRA that is a small dollar amount that I have not contributed to since 2005. I know I have to pay taxes only on the earnings portion of the amount, however the 10% penalty. Is that on the entire amount or just what was made in terms of earnings?

My wife and I are expecting our second (and last) child April 13th. We were excited as it took us almost a year to get pregnant but now since we just entered the third trimester are fearing the worst. The thoughts of missing fingers, physical issues, genetic, etc... are all coming into my head. Is this natural? Anyone else have these feelings? 12 more weeks to go.... whew!

Say the Jan $25 cost $2.50 and the Jan $26 cost $1.75

If I buy the $25 and Sell the $26 as long as the stock closes above $26 would my profit be:

$.25?

$1 (delta between buying and selling the calls) minus the .75 to enter the order? Is there a strategy for this?

Please hold the bashing, looking for answers not angry threats/opinions. After a year of trying, my wife and I have been blessed with another pregnancy. Unfortunately this time my wife's smoking habit is very hard to control. There are a lot of arguments, crying, etc... but she is having a terrible time reducing the amount she smokes. I do notice that she only smokes half the cigarette but she is still smoking alot throughout the day.

I know stress is worse, but the fights aren't helping. She is a great wife, and wonderful person, and she does battle this addiction constantly, heck she has her flaws I have mine. Has any other mothers smoked while pregnant, say 10 a day? So far it appears to be a healthy pregnancy, she's eating right, taking vitamins, etc... I can't do anything to make her quit, I wish I could.... I know smoking while pregnant leads to low birth weight, and possible premature, etc.. I don't know if it leads to things like genetic defects but I was wondering other mother experiences..

Has anyone discussed with their doctor?

This has been hard for me, my wife and I have a beautiful daughter (4) and have been trying to have another for almost a year now. Our first daughter got stuck and we had an emergency c-section... At first we just tried, then we tried ovulation calendars and now finally, ovulation sticks... I will admit, and I am not ashamed, I do suffer from anxiety ED, and just can't have sex every night while she ovulates. It's just so much pressure as well, like "We must have sex now"... But I do know that we do have sex at least once while she ovulates and I do have an orgasm inside her. However, to no avail, we have had no luck. I would like to see a doctor, and my wife did at first however recently just wants to give up. I understand her frustration, as I am frustrated because I feel it's my fault... Has anyone else had any similar problems? Just looking for some feedback... I would think that if we had at least one successful attempt while ovulating it would happen... I'm so ashamed.... Why is it when you want one it doesn't happen... :(

I'm confused between the two. Is there even a title since he has a mortgage? If he does sign over the title, does that make her responsible for the house payments?

I'm really stumped. My only child will be three and a half next month. I can't imagine my life without her and can't believe how much being a dad fulfills me. My wife has talked several times about another baby but it seems the topic is avoided or I hear, "In time" which I've been hearing since my daughter's been two. My wife did not have the best pregnancy, in fact she hated it on top of quitting smoking. I feel this is a huge part on the delay... What can I do to point out my eagerness and wanting of another child? It seems like we are now arguing about this more and more where my wife states 'Not to rush her and I'm putting her under pressure'... I do not want to wait unto my daughter is 5 to have another or not any more.... What can I do? Could this destroy a happy marriage? I'm frustrated, worried, depressed, all in one....

I got the appraisal, $200k in equity in the house, I called the bank today who said it was in "underwriting" but I'm reading my paperwork and it says that I have until March 8th to complete the paperwork and get the funds and if not that the bank is not obligated for the loan... WHAT???

So was I just "approved" for the application not the loan? And no offense, with a credit score of 765 and $200k in equity what the heck is in underwriting? I'm lost, the person on the phone didn't seem to know what she was talking about...
